春暖花开日，返校复学时。一场突如其来的疫情，打乱了我们的假期，也打乱了我们上学的脚步。史上最长寒假即将过去，感谢你们在这场特殊战“疫”中，对学校工作的充分理解和倾力支持。

It’s time for returning to school with spring flowers blossoming. The sudden outbreak of the epidemic disorganized our vacation and our steps towards the school as well. The longest winter vacation in history is coming to an end and thank you for all your full sense of understanding and support to school against the fight.

结合本市疫情防控形势，根据上海市教委发布的返校安排，我校九年级、十二年级将于4月27日返校开学。同时，在做好以上两个年级返校复学工作的基础上，其他年级于5月6日起分批分次返校开学。

Grade 9 and 12 students will return to school on April 27th in accordance with the arrangement released by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission which is based on the current prevention and control situation.

校园安全是返校的首要因素，为进一步提高学生校园生活的安全系数，做好特殊时期防疫工作，保障开学工作安全、平稳、有序，筑起学校、年级、班级、家长四级防控网络，根据目前防控要求，特将有关事项作如下告知，望家长、学生配合，共同推进安全返校工作。

Campus safety is the utmost factor for returning school. To further strengthen the assurance coefficient of campus life, perfect the epidemic prevention work, guarantee the school re-opening safely, smoothly and steadily as well as build up a four-dimension prevention network among the school, grades, classes and parents, hereby we notify the relative matters to parents and expect the cooperation from parents together with students to carry forward the back-to-school work safely.

学校配备了红外测温区，临时留观点，改造了就餐环境和流程，对校园进行了全面消毒清洁，还储备了足量的校园疫情防控所需的备用口罩、体温测量仪、洗手液、消毒液等物资。

The school has set up Infrared Temperature-Taking Area and Temporary Observation Area, reformed the canteen environment and dining process, prepared the prevention supplies, disinfected the campus thoroughly and stored the standby supplies like masks, clinical thermometers, liquid hand-wash, and disinfectant and so on.

开展了返校的培训和演练

Launched Back-To-School Training & Drill

针对新的各项要求，学校80多名教工已经在校模拟试运行了2周，一切正常，同时对于面面俱到的环节，学校组织了具体的演练和培训，让每个教工都清楚相应的要求。

More than 80 faculty have been smoothly preceding the simulation operation for 2 weeks on the basis of the new requirements. At the same time, the specific training and drill are organized with regard to the details in order to ensure every staff is clear about the details of the requirements.

多个政府部门对学校的各项开学工作进行了检查和督导，并给予了高度评价。学校已经拿到相关许可，可以开学。

The school has been inspected and supervised by several government sectors and then received highly positive evaluation. Since the re-opening approval has been offered, we are qualified to re-open the school.

学生从长期居家，到重返校园，家长和学生都需要有一个适应的过程。请与学校保持良好沟通。面对诸多细致的要求，学校也会安排相应的培训，确保每个学生知晓。学校对学生返校的要求，做了最简单的梳理。

All the parents and students need time to accommodating from the long-term home-bound life to campus life, therefore please keep maintain the communication with the school smoothly. The school will also arrange relevant trainings based on massive meticulous requirements to keep every student noticed and sort out the requirements into simple knowledge points.

非步行进校的学生，请于07：30前到校。防疫时期，学校仅开放平吉路大门出入，07：30-08：30时段，暂停放行非机动车及机动车进校。

Students who don’t walk into school must enter before 7:30. Only the gate on Pingji Road is available during the prevention period. Non-motor vehicles and motor vehicles are not allowed to access from 07:30 to 08:30 in the morning.

午餐：以套餐形式供餐，初中生配送至教室用餐，高中学生至学生餐厅用餐

The school will offer the lunch in the form of set meal. Lunch will be delivered to the classroom for middle school students and served in students’ canteen for high school students.

校车服务暂停，恢复时间待定
School bus service is suspended temporarily and recovery date is pended.
接、送孩子时，做到即送即走、即接即走，避免人员聚集
As soon as the children are handed over, please leave the spot as soon as possible to avoid the group gathering.
五一期间不建议学生离沪
Students are not recommended to leave Shanghai during May Day holiday.
疫情期间，校区实行封闭式管理，原则上外来人员、食物一律不准进校，具体参见“外来人员进入流程”、“校外物品进校流程”
The campus will implement closed-off management during prevention period which means visitors are not allowed to enter in principle and School Entering Process for Visitors is for reference.
