Unethical tutorial Company? Fake News?

近期，我校注意到某辅导机构在其商业广告中擅自使用我校及我校学生升学信息，误导读者认为我校与其有业务往来且我校学生在升学过程中使用其服务。

协和古北与该名学生及其家长从未与该机构有任何联络与合作，更未授权该机构使用相关名称与信息。这则侵权广告现已被勒令删除。

为避免广大学生与家长蒙受欺骗，维护我校形象与声誉，现特此严正声明：

上海协和双语高级中学与任何校外辅导机构或升学指导机构均无业务往来，也未授权任何辅导机构或升学指导机构使用本校信息与本校学生信息。恳请各位学生及家长注意规避虚假信息、谨防受骗上当。任何机构、个人擅自使用我校以及我校学生个人信息，对外虚假宣传的行为属于违法行为，我校保留追究其法律责任的权利。

For our readers, please note it has come to our attention that a tutorial agency is using our name and that of our students in their adverts implying we endorse or use their services. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Here is a comment we have posted in the comment section of their advertisement.

"This is SUIS Gubei. Please note we have NOT given permission to have our name used in this advertisement for these services, neither has the student named in the adverts, nor his parents. The parents have not used and have no knowledge of the services offered by this company.  We in no way endorse the tutorial or guidance services of this agency.  The use of our name to imply otherwise, we consider unethical and in the first instance ask this advertisement be immediately withdrawn and for further adverts not to use our name to promote a service we do NOT endorse."
