【我校教学主任在线问候学生】

第一天在线教学，学生们认真的学习态度也打动了老师。有的孩子穿着整齐的校服准时上课签到，有的孩子在第一时间上传自己的作业，有的孩子在老师的指导下不断改进自己的论文。一年级的语文老师根据前两天北京纷纷扬扬的鹅毛大雪，带领孩子欣赏古诗《春雪》。深耕母语文化，是诺德安达课程思想中的第一条。稚嫩的童音，抑扬顿挫地诵读着中华民族传统文化的经典之作，让我们深深领会到文化自信与文化传承。

On the first day of online teaching, students' earnest learning attitude impressed the teachers. Some students were dressed in neat school uniforms and check-in classes in on time. Some student uploaded homework at the first time and some kept improving their papers under the guidance of their teachers. The Chinese teacher of the first grade led children to appreciate the ancient poem "spring snow" according to the beautiful snow in Beijing two days ago. It is the first curriculum philosophy of Nord Anglia that to be a culturally rich and unified citizen. Students read the classic works representing Chinese traditional culture, with childish and innocent voice. It makes us deeply understanding culture confidence and cultural inheritance.

【一年级学生语文诵读作业】

无论是数学、英语、中文还是美术，孩子们一笔一划仔细完成，老师们逐条逐步评价鼓励。

Whether it's Math, English, Chinese or Art, the children completed it carefully, and teachers gradually evaluated and encouraged it one by one.

德育课时，老师带领着低年级的孩子们边学英文边培养卫生防范意识。学生们上传自己用英文讲解打喷嚏如何掩口鼻的视频。高年级的学生们则分享对于此次全国抗击疫情让自己最感动的事情。

In the Character Education class, the teacher led junior students to build up the awareness of health prevention in English in English. Students posted their videos and explained how to cover their nose and mouth when sneezing in English. Students in senior grades shared their feelings about the most touching things in the national fight against epidemic.

抗击疫情需要全民命运共同体意识。只有万众一心，才能度过难关。孩子的言语中已经清晰地表达出这一点。

在我们定义为“磨合期”的线上教学第一天，孩子们已经迅速熟练掌握我校使用平台的各种工具，完成考勤打卡，上传作品照片、语音作业与视频作业了。磨合期间的家校配合尤为关键，我们也非常感谢家长的大力支持。

To fight against the epidemic, we need sense of a community of shared future. Only with same vision, we can overcome these difficulties. It’s clearly expressed in the above words from our students.

On the first day of online teaching, which we defined as "running-in period", students have quickly mastered various tools of the platform, as completing attendance checking, uploading photos, voice messages and video assignments. 在全球校园的平台上有着不同的板块，涵盖语言与文学、理综STEAM、联合国儿童基金会社会企业家、表演艺术、探险营地等等。

Out of 66 schools in 29 countries, there are 64,000 students from more than 100 countries growing up happily on campus. Every child in every school is a part of Nord Anglia family. In addition to daily learning and communication with students and teachers around them, Nord Anglia Group has also built an online global campus platform for children around the world.

In this special circumstance, even if students stay at home every day, they can have access to global opportunities and develop a real international vision. The world is in common and also diverse. Children growing up from different cultural backgrounds show and express themselves online on regular basis, and they work together with others. We hope that students of NAS Beijing will actively participate in this feast of ideas.

There are different sections on the platform of global campus, including language and literature, MIT STEAM, social entrepreneurs of UNICEF, performing arts, expedition camp, etc.

在语言与文学区，学生们可以参加全球图书馆计划。通过阅读同一本书，同学们可以与全球各地的学生分享书评、探索全球图书馆的经典文学作品。同时，诺德安达正在建立一个“必读书目”的清单，我们鼓励学生在线分享、提名一本让人印象深刻的书，让全球更多的孩子一起享受阅读这本书的乐趣。温馨提示：必读书单活动截止日期为：2020年2月28日。

In the Language and Literature area, students can participate in the global library programme. By reading the same book, students can share book reviews with students from all over the world and explore classic literatures. At the same time, Nord Anglia is building a list of "Must Read". We encourage students to share and nominate an impressive book online, so that more children around the world can enjoy reading this book together. Warm reminder: the deadline for the Must Read List activity is February 28th, 2020.

STEAM专区可以帮助孩子们理解STEAM的概念，参与麻省理工挑战赛，还可以向麻省理工的专家提问。

The MIT STEAM zone can help children to understand the concept of STEAM, participate in the MIT challenge, and raise questions from MIT experts.

在联合国儿童基金会社会企业家板块，学生们可以了解时下全球共同面临的挑战，说出自己的想法，并且可以贡献一己之力。我们鼓励孩子们除了通过教育改变自己的生活外，需要胸怀天下。

In the UNICEF Social Entrepreneurship section, students can learn the challenges facing the world at present, tell their own ideas and contribute efforts. We encourage students to not only change their lives through education, but also think about the world.

在表演艺术板块，学生们可以向茱莉亚学院的大师们提出与表演艺术相关的问题，探索大师们是如何走上艺术之路，并且得到大师们在艺术领域的答疑解惑。

In the Performing Arts section, students can ask questions related to performing arts to masters of the Juilliard School, to explore how the masters embark on the road of art, and get answers from the masters in art.

在选择去诺德安达坦桑尼亚或瑞士的营地前，学生们可以在诺德安达营地板块在线观看视频、学习出发前的注意事项，一起感受两个营地的特色。

Before choosing to go to Expedition camp in Tanzania or Switzerland, students can watch videos online, learning precautions before departure, and taste the beauty of the two camps owned by Nord Anglia. 

在过往经常作品展示区，同学们可以浏览历年获奖作品，得到更好的启发。

In the section of Global Campus Showcase, students can have a glance of the award-winning works over the years to get better inspiration.
