上周六我校举办了首次线上开放日活动，吸引了很多家长和同学在线观看。我们将家长热点为题汇总成文，帮助更多家长迅速了解我校基本情况。

Last Saturday, our school host our first virtual open day, which attract many students and parents to join. This article will review this activity and help parents to understand our school quickly.

我们根据直播期间家长的提问，在此环节回答了家长们关心的问题，我们的铁校长作出解答。

In this session, we selected some questions from our message area and our principle will answer those questions one by one.

诺德安达教育集团是全球已经有50年的发展历程。到目前为止，我们在全球的29个国家开办有66所学校。全球来自一百多个国家的65000多名学生就读在我们诺德安达旗下的学校。在2002年进入中国市场以后，我们在中国区的国际学校和双语学校取得了很大的发展，目前有14所学校。从校长的角度来说，强大的集团办学很重要，更加重要的是我们诺德安达集团非常重视教育本身的价值和意义。这么多所国际学校以及双语学校本身就形成了一个教育的共同体。

那这样的平台上，我们的学校校长之间可以进行教育的理念以及学校管理经验的分享。我们老师可以在这个平台上进行教学资源的分享和自己的教育故事。我们的学生可以与来自世界不同国家的学生一起去分享故事和自己的感受。在这样的教育大社区下，我们的学校、老师、学生一起来分享不同的教育话题。这就是教育价值的体现。

Nord Anglia education group has 50 years growth till now. We have 66 schools in 29 countries as well as 65000 students from more than 100 countries. We have a great growth in China after 2002. Currently, we have 14 school in China. From the point of view as a principal, it is very important to have a strong group at my back when I start teaching and operation in this school. more importance is education. All international schools and bilingual schools become the educational group.

On this platform, school principals could share the educational philosophy and operational experience. Our teachers could use this platform to share teaching material and their educational stories. Our students could share their stories and experience with students all over the world. Under this education communities, our schools, teachers and students share different education topics. This is the value of education.

教育的好坏其中一个核心的表现就是我们的教师团队。诺德安达教育集团内，我们非常重视教师的招聘。从教师的招聘角度来说，我们从两个渠道进行招聘。外籍教师方面，我们通过参加每年一度的在伦敦举行的杰出教师成就、杰出学校来选拔我们优秀的外籍教师。中方教师方面，我们会同一些知名的教师招聘机构合作，通过这样的方式选拔和吸引优秀的师资。外籍教师举例来说，我们的岗位竞争比较激烈，录取比例会达到40比1的比例。另一个吸引好老师的方法就是给老师具有竞争力的薪酬待遇。诺德安达旗下的学校会给老师提供优厚的薪酬待遇，并提供好的住宿条件和我们国际化的办公环境。我们希望老师能开心，快乐的生活，能全身心的投入到我们的教育教学工作。

我校有60% 的老师是有10年以上的工作经验，54%的老师是有海外工作经历，半数的老师拥有硕士学历的。所有的老师都有教师资格证上岗。

The core point of education quality is our teachers. In the Nord Anglia education group, we focus on teacher recruitment very much. For teacher recruitment, we have two recruiting channels.for foreign teachers, we will select teachers through excellence teacher achievement and school event in London. For Chinese teacher, we had work with teacher recruitment agency to make sure that we will have more high quality teacher. Another method to attract high quality teacher with competitive package. We all provide high salary and other supporting for our teachers. Providing high living quality and international teaching area. We hope our teacher have a happy life and fully contribute to work. 60% of our teacher have more than 10 year teaching experiences. 

At our school, 54% of teacher had teaching overseas. Half of teachers had master degree. All teachers need to have teacher registration before start work.

这是一个普遍的问题。很多家长会问：是不是你们的双语教学，是中方老师教授一遍，外籍老师再讲授一遍呢？

诺德安达的双语课程并非我们全盘拿来使用的课程，也不是两套课程体系并存的方式。更不是单纯增加语言类课程的培训学校。我校采取的是经过我们集团专家潜心研发多年后的最适合中国学生学习的双语课程模式。

我们的全球的教研团队对我们的课程进行了深入的研究，我们采用的是国家9年制义务教育的课程大纲，我们把所有学科的课程大纲研究之后，翻译成英文，所以在我们学校的具体课程实施当中是中外教共同来使用一套课程大纲-国家课程大纲来教学。具体实施当中我们进行很多的融合和改革，主要体现在两个方面，除了要夯实学生的学科知识之外，我们要在教学过程当中培养孩子的创新思维，批判性思维，积极思考，敢于表达等等这些中国孩子薄弱的能力。另一个方面，我们有自己开发的跨学科主题式学习的课程，在这样的课堂上，学生学习英语不仅是在英语课堂上同时是在各个学科课程里面。孩子的英语能力得到很大的保证，学术能力也得到很好的提高。

This is a common question. Many parents ask: is yourbilingual teaching taught once by Chinese teachers and taught again by foreignteachers?

Nord Anglia bilingual curriculum is not the one we borrowfrom others entirety, nor is it the way in which two sets of curriculum existside by side. It is also not  simply addslanguage courses like language training school.Our school adopts the bilingualcurriculum model which is most suitable for Chinese students after years ofpainstaking research and development by our group experts.

Our global education team carried out thorough research toour program. We use the national nine year compulsory education curriculum, andwe put all the disciplines of curriculum research, translated into English. Soin the specific course implementation of our school is a common to use a set ofChinese and foreign teaching syllabus, teaching syllabus. In the specificimplementation, we have carried out a lot of integration and reform, mainlyreflected in two aspects. In addition to tamping students' subject knowledge,we should cultivate children's weak abilities such as innovative thinking,critical thinking, positive thinking and daring to express themselves in theteaching process. On the other hand, we have our own curriculum ofinterdisciplinary thematic learning, in which students learn English not onlyin English classes but also in various subjects. The children's English abilityis greatly guaranteed and their academic ability is well improved.

安达励志，志存高远是我们的教育理想。通过我们学校的名字诺德安达来给大家介绍一下我们的培养目标。诺，一诺千金，希望我们的孩子是诚实守信的。他能有一个良好的品格。德，德才兼备，希望我们的孩子不仅在学术上有过硬的专业功底，同时希望他的品德和德行是优秀的，能成为未来受人尊重的人才。安，宁静致远，希望我们的孩子能排除杂念，在整体学习中，慢慢的成长为拥有独立思想的人，对于未来在社会上存在的问题，有自己独到的见解。只有这样的人才能看的更高走的更远。达，成人达己，一方面，孩子要强健自己，不仅要有一个健康的体魄还要有一些过硬的专业功底。同时，更多的服务和成就他人，反过来也是成就自己，未来让自己发展的更好。这是我们我们这个四个字的含义。希望能让我们的家长更好的理解我们的育人目标。

总体来说，我用一句话概括我们的培养目标，那就是希望我们孩子未来是能够具有中国传统文化底蕴，通晓世界语言，具备良好的人格和优秀的品格，而且具有全球视野的全球公民和终生学习者。

Be ambitious is our teaching philosophy.Through the name of our school  Nuo De An Da to introduce our education goalsto cultivate students. Honesty,  hope ourchildren are honest and trustworthy. He can have a good character. Integrity,  we hope that our child will not only haveexcellent professional skills in academic field, but also be outstanding inmoral character and virtue. So that he can become a respected talent in thefuture. Serenity, keep calm and win through. I hope our children can eliminatedistractions in the overall learning, slowly grow into an independent thinkingpeople, for the future in the community problems, and have their own uniqueviews. Only such people can see higher and go further. Fortitude. On one hand,children should not only have a healthy body but also have some excellentprofessional skills. At the same time, more service and achievement of others,and in turn, achievement of themselves, so that their future developmentbetter. That's the meaning of our name. We hope that our parents can betterunderstand our educational goals. 

In general, I would like to summarize our educationgoal in one sentence, that is, we hope that our children will be globalcitizens and lifelong learners who can have the traditional Chinese culture,understand the world language, have good personality and excellent character,and have a global vision.

目前的班级限额是24-26。大家通过视频可以看到，我们的教室是非常宽敞的，可以容纳更多的学生上课。但是为了满足我们的小班教学和个性化教学，我们一个班最多容纳26个学生。每个班都有一个中方班主任，一个外方班主任。双方合作进行班级的教学。

Currently, maximum number of students are 24 to 26. According to the video, you could see that our class room is very big and could occupied more students. In order to meet our requirement with teaching in small class and specialization teaching method, we only allow 26 students in one class. Each class have one Chinese homeroom teacher and one foreign teacher. Both of them work together for teaching.  

2019年9月北京房山区诺德安达学校迎来第一批新生入学。北京市房山区诺德安达学校和英国学校（三里屯校区）以及姐妹学校——英国学校（顺义校区），共享诺德安达教育集团的教学资源。同时，我们也借鉴了上海姐妹学校-——上海闵行区诺德安达双语学校的成功经验，提供小学、初中、高中阶段中西融合的双语教学和国际课程，并提供硬件软件超一流的校园环境。

校园总占地53.5亩，可容纳1728名学生，其中包括528名寄宿学生。北京市房山区诺德安达学校面向6至18岁的学生，为学生提供融合中华教育优势和国内外优质教育资源的双语学习环境。

After we have British school(Sanlitun), British school (Shunyi), Nord Anglia School Beijing Fangshan is established in 2019. We followed the structure from Nord Anglia School Shanghai. We provide primary, middle year, and high school study with bilingual teaching and international teaching program. We still provide excellent facilities with wonderful campus.

We are located in Fangshan and landscaped in 53.5mu. we could occupied with 1728 students and including 528 boarding students. We open for students start from 6 years old to 18 years old and provide brilliance education resource and bilingual learning area.

学校课程在遵循国家九年义务教育课程标准和北京市课程要求的基础上，融合国外优质的教育资源和先进的教学模式。真正做到了融合中西方教育的精华。我校追求的是个性化的教学，教师团队坚持为每一位学生提供专属的学习方式，挖掘每位学生身上独特的潜能和兴趣特长。学校倡导在常态化的国际理解教育中“深耕母语文化，通晓世界语言，交织国际元素，融通生命成长”的育人目标，秉承“安达励志，志在高远”的教育理念。

We provide Chinese national curriculum and with international education resource and teaching method. We pursue personality teaching and provide teaching method for each students in order to find unique and potential interests.  School would like to follow the teaching ethic as culturally rich, internationaly minded, ethically informed and ambitious.
