
5月是我校的心理健康月,此次活动主题为“心理赋能、‘疫’路同行”。在此期间,学校心理工作室精心设计,积极引导;线上线下普及心理健康知识,多渠道增进家校联动;关注学生心理状态提供关怀,引领学生积极参与各项活动。
May is the Mental Health Month at our school. The theme is “Psychological Empowerment”. During this period, the psychology department carefully designed and actively guided both online and offline popularization of mental health knowledge and multi-channel promotion of the link between school and the home. The school also paid attention to the psychological state of students and led students to participate in various activities.






面对疫情特殊情况,我校采用线上线下相结合的方式普及心理健康知识。借助学校官微、家长信、班主任微信群等渠道做好宣传和动员工作。通过“心理预报”小调查,完善和更新了学生的心理档案,全面了解学生们的心理健康状况。针对学生每个阶段的心理发展特点,开设心理成长关键期讲座,最大限度发掘他们的内在潜能和动力。
Faced with the special epidemic circumstances, our school combined online and offline media to spread awareness about mental health. With the help of the school's official WeChat, parents' letter, homeroom teacher's WeChat group and other channels, we did a good job spreading relevant news and information. Through the “psychological forecast” survey, the students' psychological files have been improved and updated to better understand the students' mental health status. According to the psychological development characteristics of students at each stage, lectures on key-term psychological growth were set up to maximize their internal potential and motivation.



















为进一步增进家校联动,学校提供了多种渠道和平台。召开线上家长会,以学生返校心理调适为主题,与家长分享如何调整复学心理状态,实现线上学习向课堂学习的平稳过渡。班主任做好一对一电话家访,全面了解疫情期间学生的身心状态,为后续心理健康工作提供支持指导。
To further enhance the home-school links, an online parent meeting was held, with the theme of psychological adjustment for students returning to school. We shared with parents how to help children achieve a smooth transition from online learning back to classroom learning. The homeroom teachers made individual calls by phone to fully understand the physical and mental state of the students during the epidemic, providing support and guidance for the subsequent mental health work.

我们还为师生和家长提供持续性心理关怀,推出暖心的“心情漂流瓶”网络咨询平台,通过线上心理咨询的方式助力学生成长,提高心理免疫力。
We also provided continuous psychological care for teachers, students and parents. We launched a heart-warming “mood drifting bottle” consultation platform to help improve everyone’s psychological immunity.



通过学校多部门协同合作,引领学生积极参与心理健康月的各项活动。“我的‘云端’心情故事”为主题的微视频创作,学生通过心情故事表达自己在疫情期间的经历和感受,分享责任、感恩和大爱。“心在一起,‘艺’起抗疫”活动,鼓励学生用笔尖描述情感,用绘画、书法作品表达自己在抗疫期间的所见所闻和自身的感悟感想。
Through multi-department coordination and cooperation, the school led students to actively participate in Mental Health Month. Students learned about responsibility, gratitude and love by making the “My Mood Story” video short. Students described their emotions through paintings and calligraphy works.
