老师，您好 Meet Our Teacher

马老师毕业于东北师范大学，获得历史学硕士学位，拥有四年的历史课教学经验，曾任职于深圳市蛇口育才教育集团太子湾学校中学部以及惠东荣超中学担任历史老师。在四年的教学工作中教学业绩一直居于年级评比中的前两名。马老师对教育工作极富工作热情，待人真诚，善于沟通，拥有心理咨询师三级资格证。曾经在民意测评中连续四年8次被学生评为最喜爱教师；工作能力突出，学习能力较强，在教学研究和教研能力方面，也在不断学习并取得了一些奖励。

马老师深切认同诺德安达的个性化教学理念，认为每个学生都是值得被赏识的。她相信通过参与式、体验式、互动式的教学，能够让学生从“知之者”走向“乐之者”，成为真正的终身学习者。

赵老师毕业于哈尔滨工业大学，获得应用数学硕士学位，曾任职于深圳南山中加学校，是该学校的数学老师，赵老师在任职期间经常辅导学生参加加拿大滑铁卢数学竞赛并获奖，并且赵老师本人也连续两届获得南山中加学校青年教师基本功大赛二等奖。

赵老师有着丰富的双语数学教学经验，对双语教学有着独到的见解和思考。她一直坚信每一个孩子的可能性，她更相信通过诺德安达多元化的教学模式和国际化的教学理念，会让每一个孩子在数学方面的天赋得到最大化的挖掘和发展，她非常期待学生们通过双语数学能够获得更优秀的自己！

Ma graduated from Northeast Normal University with a master’s degree Ancient Chinese History. Ma has 4 years of teaching experience in history at Shenzhen Shekou Taiziwan Middle School and HuiDong RongChao Middle School. In the last four years of her teaching career, she has earned high marks in her teaching evaluation. Ma is very passionate about education, treats people sincerely, and is a good communicator. She has a Counselor Level 3 Certification. She has outstanding work ability and strong learning ability. Due to her outstanding work, she has be voted the Most Popular teacher for the last four years.  She continues to do educational research that is recognized by her peers.

Teacher Ma strongly agrees with the personalized teaching and learning of Nord Anglia Bilingual School. She thinks that every students deserves to be respected. She also believes that through participatory, experiential, interactive teaching and learning, students can transition from knowing the answer, to gaining a love of learning, thus becoming a lifelong learner.

Tiya graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology with a master’s degree in Mathematics. After graduation she was employed at Shenzhen (NanShen) Concord College of Sino － Canada as a math teacher. During her tenure at the Shenzhen, (Nanshan) Concord College of Sino - Canada, Tiya’s students who earned awards in the Waterloo, Canada, Mathematical Competition. Additionally, Tiya herself, earned the top award at the School Young Teacher's Basic Skills Competition, two consecutive years.

Tiya has rich experience in bilingual mathematics teaching. She firmly believes that there are no limitations on any child. She also believes in a diversified teaching mode and the internationalization of the Chinese National Curriculum, giving every child the opportunity to maximize their development and talent in mathematics. Tiya is looking forward to helping her students to achieve success in bilingual math!
