1.自行准备“防疫健康包”，每天带到学校。

“防疫健康包”内含：

● 每天准备一次性使用医用口罩2个（禁止佩戴单向阀门的口罩）,佩戴1个、备用1个，均需写上名字。

●消毒湿巾和小包纸巾。

●免洗洗手液或凝胶。

●一次性保鲜袋，就餐时用于放置口罩。

2.准备带盖水杯或水壶，上学前在家装好饮用水，以减少入校后到公共直饮水处接水次数，避免人员聚集。

3.允许自备在校午餐的餐勺或筷子。

4.学会7步洗手法。

5.学会正确佩戴、摘除口罩的方法。

Please prepare for the following epidemic prevention skills and anti-epidemic items bescides daily stationery. 

1.The students need to prepare their own "epidemic health pack" and bring it to school every day, which contains the following items:

●A spare disposable medical mask（Don’t use one-way valve masks. Please wear one and prepare one. Don’t forget to write down your names.) 

●Sanitizing Wipes are used for cleaning the sanitizing water stains on the table and chairs. They are also used at lunch. 

●Wash-free hand sanitizer or gel

●Disposable plastic bags for placing masks during dining time

2.It is recommended to bring their own water cup or bottle with a lid or cap. Please fill it with water at home to reduce the times of water pick-ups at public places, thus avoiding gathering.

3.They can bring their own spoons or chopsticks and pay attention to dietary hygiene.

4.Learn a 7-step hand-washing way.

5.Learn to put on and take off the mask correctly.

学生进校前要求

●测体温：在家做好体温自测，体温异常（≥37.3℃）或有呼吸道等疾病症状，一律不得乘坐校车和进校；如在乘坐校车前或在校门口发现体温异常者，随车老师和卫生老师将请家长即时接走，到医院发热门诊就诊，就医结果及时告知班主任。

●随申码绿码：5月19日晚上18:00前将随申码绿码截图发送给班主任，随后为每周日晚将随申码绿码截图发送给班主任；没有绿码的学生需要签承诺书。

●Temperature measurement: Test student’s body temperature at home. If the temperature is 37.3 degrees (or above) or other symptoms of respiratory problem and other sickness, they can’t take the school bus or entering school. If we find the student’s body temperature is abnormal before they get on the school bus or enter the school gate, parents should pick up their child at once and send them to fever clinic. The testing result should also be told to their homeroom teacher. 

●Parents are requested to send the student's green code screenshot to their homeroom teachers before 18:00 p.m. on May 19 and every Sunday that follows. Students without green code need to sign a commitment letter.

●每天带好防疫健康包。

●每天带好《入校人员健康状况动态信息登记表》。

●到校后，在校门口按“一米线”依次排队测温，不结伴、不拥挤，测温前先进行双手消毒。

●如体温≥37.3℃，请配合进行复测，复测体温仍异常的学生，进入临时留观区由医务室老师进行二次体温复测和流行病调查，并联系家长接回或拨打120送医，同时学校做好追踪记录。

●家长车辆均不进校，从田林东路驶入，学生在校门口下车后从柳州路驶离。家长一律不进校园。

◇Please line up to take body temperature. No companion, no crowds. Wash hands before they take the body temperature. 

◇If the student’s body temperature is 37.3 degrees or above, they need to be retested. The homeroom teacher will phone the parent or call 120 and keep track of the health status. 

◇Private vehicles are not allowed to drive into campus. They drive in through Tianjin East Road, and leave through Liuzhou Road. Parents can’t go into school.  

校内活动要求

School activity requirements

●每个教室已配备免洗洗手液及备用口罩。

●学生到教室后，作业统一交在指定地方后回座位自修，不闲逛、不交头接耳。

●不做早操、眼操，除体育课（不戴口罩）外，所有课均在本班教室进行，外教课不走班，停止使用专用教室。

●室内上课须戴口罩，必须开门、窗及新风系统。

●如遇同学呕吐，勿触碰，在老师带领下迅速有序撤离到隔离教室，撤离过程中保持间隔距离。

●课间学生之间保持安全距离，不打闹、不扎堆、不触碰；多向远处眺望，也可去操场散步。

●上、下楼梯时保持前后距离，不碰扶手、墙壁等。

●不用手揉眼睛、摸脸。咳嗽或打喷嚏时主动避开别人，屈臂用臂弯挡住口鼻。若感到身体不适，立刻报告老师。

●到饮水机接水之前，清洁双手；接水时，杯口不触碰出水口；按“一米线”排队，保持间隔距离；走廊里不喝水，回到教室座位喝水后，马上戴好口罩。

●如厕时，学生根据要求分批分流使用指定厕所，沿途不结伴聚集。若已满员，则在厕所外注意按“一米线”排队保持间隔距离，进出路线避免冲撞。

●使用厕所后按“七步洗手法”，用流动水把手彻底洗干净。洗完手，不接触走廊、墙壁、扶手等公共物品和设施。

●Students hand in their homework in the specific place. No talking in between. 

●No morning exercises or eye exercises. All the lessons are in the same classroom except PE class. 

●Students must wear masks indoor. Windows and doors should be open. 

●If the students vomit, do not touch it. The other students evacuate rapidly to the isolation classroom. In the process,  they need to maintain their distance. 

●Students need to keep safe distance. No fighting, no crowds, no touching. They can look out far away, or go for a walk in the playground at recess. 

●Please keep the distance when students go up and down stairs. No touching the handrails or walls.

●Don't rub eyes or touch the face.  Students need to avoid others while when they  cough or sneeze. They can also try to bend their arm to block their mouth and nose. If they feel unwell, report it to their teacher immediately.

●Before getting water from the water dispenser, they need to clean their hands. When they get the water, they avoid the touching of the cup edge and outlet.  Please line up according to "one-meter line” and keep the distance. If they want to drink water, do not drink it in the corridor.  Please go back to your classroom, sit down and then drink. After drinking,  they put on their mask immediately. 

●When they use the toilets, they should use the specific one. No gathering on their way. If the toilets are full, please line up on the one meter line. Avoid collisions by walking in and out.

●After using the toilets, they wash hands with flowing water thoroughly by "seven-step hand washing method". Do not touch public goods and facilities such as corridors, walls, handrails, etc.

午餐要求

Lunch Requirement

疫情期间，为避免交叉感染的风险，学校将严格执行食堂和用餐卫生安全管理制度，实行四、五年级学生分教室就餐。

学生教室午餐规则

●每位学生自备餐垫（每天带回家清洗晾干，第二天再带回学校）、纸巾（用于维护个人卫生和清理餐余垃圾）。

●学生在校午餐，疫情防控期间不接受外卖；因身体原因需自备午餐的学生建议将午餐装在保温餐盒里早晨带进学校，以免家长课、午时间到校送餐；允许学生自带餐勺或筷子。

●就餐前，学生自行清洗消毒双手，在指定教室门口走廊按“一米线”依次排队取餐，从前门进入教室，同向隔排而坐，摘下口罩放入自备的一次性保鲜袋后用餐。

●用餐完毕，先用纸巾（自备）清洁双手、嘴巴和脸颊，再用纸巾（自备）清理餐余垃圾并清洁餐垫（如课桌椅和地面上有餐余垃圾，也须清洁），然后戴上口罩（注意正确地戴、脱口罩方法）。举手告知老师，被老师请到的学生可从后门出教室归还餐具摆放整齐。

●归还完餐具后，学生从前门进入教室取餐垫，再从后门及时离开，避免人流交叉，减少感染风险。

●整个用餐过程中，保持安静不说话、不走动。

●疫情期间，学校暂不供汤。

During the outbreak, in order to avoid the risk of cross-infection, the school will strictly implement the meal hygiene and safety management system. The fourth and fifth graders should eat in different classrooms. 

Rules

●Bring lunch mat and tissues. 

●Students have lunch at school and takeaway is not allowed. They can bring their own spoons or chopsticks and pay attention to dietary hygiene. Those who need to bring their own lunch for physical reasons should bring thermal lunch box with them in the morning to avoid parents coming to school during breaks. 

●Before eating, students should clean and disinfect their hands. They line up according to the "one-meter line" and get their lunch along the corridor. They go into the classroom through the front door, sit every other row, and put their masks in the disposable plastic bags before eating.

●After the meal, students use tissue to clean their hands, mouth and cheeks. Then they clean their lunch mat, table and floor. After that, they put on their masks and tell their teachers. Teachers ask the students to put away their lunch box in order and leave the classroom.

●Students enter the classroom from the front door to pick up the mats, and then leave from the back door in time to avoid cross-flow, thus reducing the risk of infection.

●No talking or walking during meal time.

●There is no soup during the outbreak.

校车乘坐要求

根据疫情防控的需要，学校为四、五年级复课学生乘坐校车定制了专门的临时校车线路和乘车规则，请务必遵守。

According to the need of epidemic prevention and control, our school provides temporary school bus lines for the students returning to school. We also make the bus rules. Please be sure to obey them!

放学要求

After school requirement

●最后一节课下课铃声响，学生迅速理好书包（带走所有物品，包括餐垫，以便学校对教室进行全面清洁消毒），在任课老师带领下到校门口按班级列队，班级领队举好班牌，班级学生保持一米间隔距离，安静等候家长来接。

●家长戴口罩，根据放学时间到校门口接孩子（家长私家车听从学校保安及管理老师的指挥在校门口停下），向护导老师报学生的班级姓名，由护导老师协助呼唤被接学生，被接学生听到自己的名字从队伍中出列和任课老师道别后紧跟家长尽快离校，家长全程不进校。

●放学时学生不在校园逗留或玩耍，家长不聚集说话，不使用校园设施（厕所等），离校后一律不返回。

●After the bell rings,  students quickly pack their the bags, put their things away(including lunch mat). They line up at the school gate to wait for their parents. 

●Parents wear masks when they pick up their kids at the school gate.  They should follow the teacher’s direction. Teachers on duty will call the student’s name and class. Students called say goodbye to their teachers and leave school with their parents as soon as possible. Parents can’t go into campus. 

●Students do not stay or play on campus after school. Parents do not gather to chat. They can not use campus facilities (toilets, etc.). After leaving, they can not return.

突发情况

防疫应急处理要求

Emergency response requirements

 for epidemic prevention

●如果学生发生发热等突发情况，班主任立即先行测量体温，然后第一时间通知校医复测体温并进行相关防疫应急处理，班主任同时通知家长到校领取“学生方便就诊卡”（具有上海市城镇居保的学生还要带好医保卡），带孩子尽快（在2小时以内并需在15:00前送医）前往指定医院（龙华、六院）就诊，完成核酸检测，及时向学校反馈信息。

●If students have fever or other unexpected symptoms, the homeroom teacher should immediately measure their body temperature. Then inform the school nurse to retake the temperature and carry out the relevant epidemic prevention emergency treatment. Meanwhile, the homeroom teacher also informed parents to the school to get "student convenience card" (Shanghai residents should bring health insurance card). They take the child to the designated hospital (Longhua, the Sixth Hospital) as soon as possible to complete the testing of nucleic acid (within 2 hours and need to be sent to the hospital before 15:00). Afterward, they inform school of the results in time. 

●如果检测结果为阴性，待症状消失，身体痊愈后（发热患者症状消失后48小时，呕吐腹泻患者症状消失后72小时）提供“学生方便就诊卡”回单联，并敲医院章，向学校提出返校申请，审核通过后方可返校。（具体措施会根据最新政策实时调整。）

●If the test results are negative, they can apply to go to school when the symptoms disappear and the body recovers (fever patients: 48 hours after the symptoms disappear, vomiting and diarrhea patients: 72 hours after after the symptoms disappear).The students can go to school after school’s approval.  (Specific measures will be adjusted in accordance with the latest policies.)
