Craig学监来自英国，毕业于英国伯明翰大学，拥有超过23年的教学和管理经验。23年来，他先后在英国、阿联酋、中国台湾、印度及马拉西亚担任副校长、校长等高级管理职务，并曾是国际学校联盟（CIS）的高级评估专家。

Craig学监在学校的教学管理上锐意进取，并取得了卓越的成绩。他曾领导学校成为英国国际学校联盟和亚洲英国国际学校联合会成员；在印度担任ICT指导委员会主席的4年，他领导学校完成了创新转型，并因此获得了英国国际学校创新奖。凭借在教学管理上的卓著成绩，Craig学监曾受雇于国际学校联盟（CIS），担任CIS的高级评估专家，对世界各地的学校进行认证和延续认证工作。

Criag校长非常注重学生的全面发展以及领导力培养。他自己也是英国学生联合军训团皇家空军的领军人物，曾获得爱丁堡公爵金奖和十特尔挑战赛（Ten Tors）金奖。他在大学时代还是学生会主席。他相信全人教育能够让学生均衡发展，通过培养学生各项技能、兴趣以及专业知识，让他们成为终身学习者。同时，通过校内外的一系列的文化、运动和创意活动能够巩固所学内容。学生将因此具备更强的思考能力、相互协作和创新的能力，将来会成为有责任感的数字公民，具有国际视野，无论在现实世界还是虚拟世界都能尊重他人。

Craig John Lewis

International Principal of NAS Jiaxing

Craig come from UK. His teaching and leadership experience spans more than 23 years. After finishing his schooling at West Buckland boarding School, he went on tocomplete his BEd  (honours) in Educationat Birmingham University. He began his career in Birmingham, England, teachingthere for 8 years after which he decided to teach internationally. Craig hasheld senior leadership positions in the UAE, Taiwan, India and Malaysia where he has previously been a Head of Primary, Vice Principal and Principal. He also serverd as a senior assessment specialist in accredited Councilof International Schools (CIS).

Craig is ambitious in school mangement. He has led schools to become members of the Council of British International Schools and Federation of British International Schools in Asia. In India Craig chaired the ICT Steering Committee for 4 years, leading the transformation of innovation throughout the school, because of which the school won the British International Schools Innovation Award. By virtue of his success in school management, he also serverd as a senior assessment specialist in accredited CIS, working with teams from schools around the world to gain and renew their accreditations.

Craig focus on students ' all-round development and leadership development a lot. An advocatefor student leadership, Craig himself has been a Sargent in the RAF sectionof the Combined Cadet Force. He has achieved both his Gold duke of Edinburgh and Ten Tors gold awards. He was also student president at University. 

He believes in a holistic education that provides balance and enables students to developskills, interests and expertise to become life-long learners. They will enhance their learning through a range of cultural, sporting, and creative opportunities both in and out of school to diversify their learning experiences. Students will become responsible digital citizens who are internationally minded and respect others both in person and in the virtual world.
