最美和声，云端相会

The HQIS student choir was initiated and recruited by our Grade 5 student Lily. During the epidemic, the choir did not give up practicing, and rehearsed online. Under the guidance of the teacher, nine sweet girls from all over the world prepared two wonderful choral performances to delight our community with their enchanting voices and break the distance between us.

HQIS学生合唱团由G5的Lily同学发起并招募团员。疫情期间，合唱团一直通过网课坚持进行线上训练，在老师指导下，9位身处世界各地的HQIS学生，为大家带来了2首精彩的合唱演出，优美的和声拉近了彼此的距离，展现了HQIS大家庭之间的紧密纽带与合作精神。

In this special semester, we met a special problem, the students can’t have classes face to face. It’s their passion for music that encouraged me to begin the journey with them. Fortunately, after discussing and planning, we finally made it! Thanks for all the volunteer parents, especially Lily’s Mom. Though some bad things happened during the beginning of this year, the kids brought us light! Thumb up!

虽然这个特殊的学期学生们无法面对面的一起学习，但在孩子们的热情推动下，我们还是开始了课程，经过一些列的安排调整一起完成了多首作品，这一切都离不开Lily妈妈等家长志愿者的配合，在这个特殊的时代这些孩子们给予我们反馈都是满满的正能量！为他们点赞！

Music is a source of happiness. During this long staycation, the girls met once a week online. Following Ms. Susan, they sang and danced, enjoying the beauty of music. Though they were not in one land, singing connected them together!

The HQIS choir was organized on September 2019. Our teacher is Ms. Susan. This year we had online class and we learned 4 songs. They are: Somewhere Over the Rainbow, We Will Rock You, Remember Me, and I Want Something Just Like This.

HQIS学生合唱团成立于2019年，Ms. Susan是我们的指导老师。通过线上课程，我们今年一共学了4首曲子：Somewhere Over the Rainbow, We Will Rock You, Remember Me, and I Want Something Just Like This.
