-----诺德安达学校中外教师培训

       众所周知，诺德安达学校选拔教师非常严格，因为我们深刻理解杰出的教师成就杰出的学校。学校高度重视优秀教师的招聘，以及他们的职业发展，确保优秀员工长期留任。OTOS年度教师招聘会在伦敦举行，平均每个职位有超过38位应聘者；三天内415位应聘者接受面试。回想起在诺德安达学校壮观的大门口迎接每一位教师的场景， 我的内心无比激动。诺德安达美丽的校园迎来了如此优秀、朝气蓬勃的教师团队，我们将肩并肩共同践行 “在教育的过程中，让每一个学生遇见最好的自己。”

       本次开学前的教师培训持续了三周，教师们不仅要深入学习诺德安达学校的办学宗旨、愿景，而且要深刻理解学生在社会交往、个人品性、学术水平方面三维的具体培养目标，即14个学习者素养。这14个学习者素养综合了中国国家课程和国际教育元素的要求。同时要把学习者素养、差异化教学、贯穿所有年级的语文和英文整本阅读与表演、跨学科教学落实在教案中，落实在学科教学和活动中，实现诺德安达学校的优质课程真正落地；帮助每一个学生在知识、能力、品格、社会交往各方面追求卓越，培养具有深厚中华文化底蕴、广博国际视野和国际竞争力的时代引领者。安达励志，志在高远！

团队建设是中外教师培训中非常重要的一项内容，教师们在活动和游戏中互相认识、加深了解，为教育教学密切合作奠定了坚实的基础。教师们进行了从三层楼上抛鸡蛋的小组挑战赛，所有5个小组的鸡蛋全部安全落地，很遗憾有一位老师在取鸡蛋的过程中过于急切，把鸡蛋弄破了。最终4个小组获胜。下周老师们将面临更具挑战的小组活动。通过活动，教师们真实体验并理解小组合作和尊重。这将有助于老师们指导学生进行小组合作学习和跨学科学习。 

As we all know, Nord Anglia School is very strict in selecting teachers, because we deeply understand that outstanding teachers make outstanding schools. Schools attach great importance to the recruitment of excellent teachers and their career development to ensure the long-term retention of excellent staff. OTOS Annual Teacher Recruitment Fair is held in London, within average of more than 38 candidates for each position; 415 candidates are interviewed within three days. Remembering the scene of greeting every teacher at the magnificent gate of Nord Anglia school, my heart was full of excitement. Our beautiful campus has us hered in such an excellent and vigorous team of teachers. We will work side by side to practice "in the process of education, let every student meet the best of themselves."

These 14 learners' literacy integrates the requirements of Chinese national curriculum and international educational elements. At the same time, we should implement learner literacy, differentiated teaching, reading and performance of the whole Chinese and English textbooks throughout all grades, interdisciplinary teaching in the teaching plan, subject teaching and activities, so as to realize the real high-quality curriculum in Nord Anglia School, and help every student in knowledge, ability, character and social interaction. We should strive for excellence in all aspects and cultivate leaders with profound Chinese culture, broad international vision and international competitiveness. Be ambitious!           

Team building is a very important part of both Chinese and foreign teachers. Teachers got acquainted with each other and deepened their understanding in activities and games, which lays a solid foundation for close cooperation in education and teaching. The teachers held a group challenge to throw eggs from the third floor. All the eggs of the five groups landed safely. Unfortunately,one teacher was too eager to get the eggs and broke them. In the end, four groups won. Teachers will face more challenging group activities next week. Through activities, teachers can truly experience and understand group cooperation and respect. This will help teachers to guide students in group cooperative learning and interdisciplinary learning.
