诺德安达集团在全球29个国家开设有66所学校现有66000名学生，这些学生可以通过诺德安达集团的全球校园平台，一同参与校园活动。作为诺德安达大家庭的一员，北京诺德安达学校很高兴能参与到2020年全球校园项目当中。全球校园项目丰富多彩，所有学校学生都会参与其中，学生可以进行团队协助，也可以独立完成挑战，并将他们的解决方案和作品分享给所有学生。这样的模式也让每一个学生能感受来自不同背景学生的不同体验和不同思维方式。

在全球云课堂期间，全球校园推出了全球Xtra项目。除了老师布置的作业外，这是另外一项全新的挑战，学生需要在家里独立完成或者在父母的协助下完成。学生每完成一项挑战就会为学校获得一枚勋章。

Nord Anglia family have 66000 students in 66 schools from 29 countries all over the world. These students can participate in campus activities through the global platform. As a member of the Nord Anglia family, NAS Beijing is happy to participate in the Global Campus project in 2020. The project is rich and colorful, and all school students will participate in it. Students can help in teams or complete challenges independently, and share their solutions and works with 66000 students around the world. This way will also allow each student to feel different experiences and ways of thinking from different backgrounds.

During the global cloud classroom, the global campus launched the Global Xtra project. In addition to the homework assigned by the teachers, this is another brand-new challenge that students need to complete independently at home or with the help of their parents. Each time a challenge is completed, a medal will be awarded to the school.

上周，北京诺德安达的Anthony老师带领着3到8年级学生参与了STEAM高塔挑战赛以及“值得一游”挑战。同学们争先恐后的参与，都想为学校赢得更多的勋章而努力。

让我们来看看三年级同学们的作品吧！

首先让我们比比谁的塔更高？

Last week, Anthony, a teacher in NAS Beijing led students from grades 3 to 8 to take part in the tower challenge in STEAM and the "worth a visit" challenge in language and culture. The students rushed to participate and work hard, all want to win more medals for the school.

接下来，让我们看看同学们心中“值得一游”的地方都有哪些？三年级和五年级的同学们已经将自己的作品分享到全球校园项目的网站上与全球其他的学生分享中国的点点滴滴。

Now, let's have a look at the places that are worth visiting in the minds of our students. Students posted their works on the website of the Global Campus Project to share the details of China with other students around the world.

除了以上我们已经参与的活动之外，这次的全球校园活动中包含了非常多丰富有趣的挑战项目，并根据项目的复杂程度来评定星级，星级越高为学校赢得的勋章越多。我们希望每一位北京诺德安达的同学都能积极参与其中，为学校赢得更多的勋章。

Apart from the above activities that we have participated in, this Global Campus activity contains lots of interesting challenges, and we hope that students in NAS Beijing can actively participate in and win more medals for our school.

1. 全球Xtra挑战项目

15项迷你挑战已经发展成不同的困难级别-简单，中等和复杂。   

挑战分为不同的主题：语言与文化；健康与健身；设计与制造；工艺美术；个人挑战。

1. Global Xtra 

15 Mini challenges have evolved into different difficulty levels- Simple, Medium and Complex.         

Challenges are divided into different themes: Language and Culture; Health and Fitness; Design and Manufacturing; Arts and Crafts; Personal Challenges.  

2. 与MIT合作的STEAM 挑战项目

诺德安达Firehose chats （聊天室名称）-此项挑战针对10年级学生，学生每两周可以与麻省理工学院教授进行一次对话并提出问题。

麻省理工学院挑战你 - 麻省理工学院正在向学生发起挑战，让学生在自己家里开展基于项目的活动，并在线提交他们的解决方案。第一个挑战是利用家里的物体来制作音乐。

2. STEAM with MIT 

Nord Anglia Firehouse chats - this challenge is for 10th graders, who can have a dialogue and communicate with MIT professors every two weeks.

MIT challenges you - MIT is challenging students to conduct project-based activities in their homes and submit their solutions online. The first challenge is to make music from objects at home.

3. 与联合国儿童基金会合作项目

诺德安达与联合国儿童基金会合作为学生们在纽约联合国全球高级政治论坛上辩论提供机会。学生们可以通过峰会和全球挑战等项目，激励他们去思考如何将世界变的更好。

3. Social enterpise with UNICEF

In collaboration with UNICEF, we provide opportunities for students to debate at the United Nations High level global political forum in New York. Students can be inspired to think about how to make the world a better place through projects such as summits and global challenges.

4. 与茱莉亚学院合作的表演艺术挑战项目

世界著名的艺术大学-茱莉亚学院已经与诺德安达教育集团合作为学生创建了一些与艺术相关的比赛。此次挑战向不同年龄组开放，学生们可以参与年度虚拟音乐家、社区舞蹈项目或表演独白。

4. Performing arts with Juilliard

Juilliard, a world-famous art university, has teamed up with the Nord Anglia education group to create competitions for students. Open to different age groups, students can participate in the annual virtual musicians, community dance projects or monologues.

5. 探险挑战项目

诺德安达在坦桑尼亚和瑞士的探险营地，可以让学生与其他诺德安达的孩子共同协作完成任务。

5. Expeditions

Our adventure camps in Tanzania and Switzerland allow students to work with other Nord Anglia students to complete tasks.

6. 语言与文学挑战项目

这项挑战中包含名为“值得一游”，“语言课程” 和“文化与艺术”三部分，在勋章评比中分别为一星，二星和三星。北京诺德安达学校的学生最近刚刚完成的是一星的“值得一游”活动，接下来会积极的参与到其他挑战中去，更好的将中国文化和中国地域特色推广给全球的伙伴们。

6. Language &Literature

The challenge consists of three parts: worth a visit, language course and culture and art, which are divided into one star, two stars and three stars. NAS Beijing has just completed the one-star ‘worth to vist’activity, and will actively participate in other challenges in the future. Such that we can better promote Chinese culture and regional characteristics with global partners.

我们希望每一位北京诺德安达的学生都可以积极的参与到这个只针对于诺德安达学子的全球校园的项目当中来，与MIT的教授对话，与全球的同学一同进步，足不出户，游览全世界。我们更希望每一位家长能跟同学们协同合作，并为同学们提供有效帮助，让他们能更好完成更高质量挑战。让同学通过这次挑战能更好的提升自己的思维能力，认知能力和动手能力。

We hope that every student in NAS Beijing can actively participate in this global campus project only for students of Nord Anglia, and talk with MIT professors, make progress with students around the world, stay indoors and visit the world. We hope that every parent can cooperate with students to complete higher quality challenges. Students through these challenges can better improve their thinking ability, cognitive ability and practical ability.
