校长说 家长满意度调查 Principal's Message Parent Satisfaction Survey

亲爱的各位家长，

我们每年都会进行家长满意度调查用来帮助我们进步，并帮助大家理解我们在专业领域是如何开展工作的。例如，我们做的好的地方，或是我们做的不足之处——以便我们可以为您的孩子提供最好的教育体验。

今年的满意度调查已在1月份疫情停课期间完成。在此我们十分感谢每一位同我们分享宝贵意见和建议的家长。这些反馈将联通诺德安达教育集团的指导一起陪伴我们成长，帮助我们制定一个全面的发展和改进计划。

我们对于已取得的成绩倍感骄傲，这是学校里每一个人努力和奉献的结果。我想要和大家分享调查结果中的一些闪光点，以下每一个百分比数值代表了家长“非常同意/同意”该项观点。

Dear parents,

Each year we carry out an annual parent satisfaction survey to help us improve our understanding of how we are performing in key areas — such as what we are doing well and areas where we can improve — so that we can continue to provide the best possible educational experience for your child.

This year’s survey concluded just prior to the temporary closing of the school in January. We would like to say thank you to everyone who shared valuable feedback. These results, along with continuous guidance and review with Nord Anglia’s Education team, enable us to create a thorough improvement and development plan for our school. 

We are very proud of our survey results, which represent the collective hard work and dedication of everyone at our school.I would like to share with you a few highlights from the survey. The following percentages represent the opinions of our parents who strongly agree/ agree with each statement.

在本次家长满意度调查中，与中国区及国外的的姐妹学校相比，宁波诺德安达在很多方面都超过了平均水平：

教育质量、安全的校园环境、个性化教学、激发学生的积极性、优秀的校长和教师、融入学校温暖及热情的大家庭、拓展课程、体育项目、游学机会、硬件设施、家长对诺德安达全球独特资源的了解程度等等。

In this organization-wide Parent Satisfaction Survey, NAS Ningbo outperforms the regional and global average in the following: 

High quality education, safe campus, individualized learning, being able to motivate students' learning, parent-school communication, excellent principals and teachers, professional and enthusiastic staff, being accepted into the welcoming and warm community, ECA, sports, school trips, facilities, being aware of NAE’s global unique collaborations.

对于在去年的调查中家长们提出的建议改进项，以下部分已经成功改善。2019年，74%的家长对我们的室内运动设施表示“非常满意/满意”，这个比例在今年已经上升到95%。即绝大部分家长满意我们完善的室内运动器材等设备。此外，与去年相比，家长对招生过程的满意度也有了上升。

我们接下来将继续致力于改善家长们始终关注的各个方面，加强与麻省理工学院、茱莉亚音乐学院和联合国儿童基金会的合作，增强家长与学校之间的沟通，充实学生的学习体验。

Last year, we learnt about some of the key areas where you would like to see improvements and this year’s survey has highlighted the following areas where we have been successful in raising standards. In 2019, 74% of our families were highly satisfied/satisfied with our indoor sports facilities. This percentage increased this year to 95 % owing mostly to the completion of our beautiful indoor sports facility. We have also noted greater satisfaction with our overall admissions process.

Our next improvement and development plan will address issues that you have highlighted as areas for improvement such as raising parents’ awareness of our collaborations with MIT, The Julliard School and UNICEF, communication, and enhancing the teaching and learning experience.
