3月1日本来应该是每一个同学走进校园开始新学期的日子，可是由于新冠病毒来袭，无论是学生，老师还是家长都只能居家学习或者工作，与此同时更需要我们为打赢防控新冠病毒的阻击战而尽自己最大的努力-宅在家。
为了更好的执行国家政策，做好校园防护的同时，我校更关心每一位宅在家的同学们和家长们。 上周三，为了让同学们更好的了解新冠病毒以及如何做好防护，并且为开学提前做好准备。我校特别邀请了卓正医疗儿科医生王萍医生，给每一位同学和家长做出详细的解答。

Your new semester normally starts from 1st of March, but it is not on schedule this year because of COVID-19. All Chinese including students, teachers and parents are studying or working at home. In order to fight with COVID-19, we need to try our best to stay at home.
In order to follow the national policy recently, our school not only focus on campus protection, but also consider about the health protection of every students and their parents. We invited child health experts to take lecture for our students and parents who are concerned about our school on the prevention and control of the epidemic and students’ health.

Tip for anti-virus protection
1. 开学需要准备什么？
口罩：需要一次性医学口罩（护理口罩或外科口罩）。每天至少准备2个口罩，上午一个，中午午餐后，下午一个，有可能需要备用一个。
2. 坐车和乘私家车要注意什么？
对于私家车通勤，一般情况下并不需要对于车辆进行常规消毒，换句话说，就是如果一直是自己开车送孩子上学，并没有别人搭车的话，不需要每天使用消毒湿巾或者消毒剂来清洁车辆， 也不需要戴口罩，使用手消毒剂来对手部进行消毒。也推荐在空气质量良好的情况下，不时打开车窗换气。
如果有人搭车的话，建议及时开窗通风，并使用含氯消毒剂或者相应的消毒湿巾来对于车内物品表面进行消毒。
3. 乘坐公交车或者地铁又该注意什么呢？
乘坐公共交通工具时，尽量保证开窗通风，尽可能和其他人保持1米距离，这样能够降低空间内病毒的浓度，降低交叉感染的风险。保证全程正确佩戴口罩，并且在下车后及时进行手部消毒或洗手。
4. 消毒物品的使用
很多消毒剂都可以很快杀灭新冠病毒，从副作用和可买性可言，还是70-75%乙醇，含氯消毒剂是最为推荐的。如果能买到的话，酒精消毒湿巾也非常实用。另外如果买不到酒精消毒湿巾，可以买化妆棉片，喷雾小瓶，将70-75%酒精放在喷雾瓶中，喷湿棉片，即可使用。建议随身携带一包。
5. 家长复工后，如何防护才能更好的保护孩子？
家长安全防护意识越强，孩子越安全。家长需要注意手卫生，注意咳嗽礼仪，规范佩戴口罩，安全通勤，保持安全工作环境，做好家庭分工。

1. what do I need to prepare before school open?
Mask: need disposable medical mask (nursing mask or surgical mask). Preparing 2 mask every day. One for morning, and one for the noon. Maybe you need one backup.
2. What do I need to focus when I take my parents car or others car？
For taking parents’ car, normally we do not need to do regular sterilize. In another hand, if only parents and students in the car, you do not need to use the anti-virus paper to clean the vehicle and wear mask. We recommend to open the car window for air exchange when air quality is great.
3. What do I need to focus, if we travel with bus or subway?
When you take public transport, please make sure that you will open the window to improve air circulation and keep away from others 1 meter distance in order to reduce the concentration of virus in the space and the risk of cross infection. Keep wearing mask correctly all the time and wash your hand when getting off.
4. How to correctly use sterilized items?
Most of disinfectant could kill the virus quickly. We recommend 70-75% ethanol and disinfectant which include chlorine. Disinfectant wipes which include Alcohol is most suitable one. In addition, we could use 70%-75% alcohol on cotton pads instead of disinfectant wipes.
5. How to protect children when parents start to work?
Children is more safer if parent have stronger sense of anti-virus protection. Parents need to wash hand correctly and on time. Correctly wear mask and use safe transport. Keep protection in working area.

Q: 什么情况下我会担心孩子可能感染新冠病毒，什么情况下需要带孩子就医？
A：冠状病毒感染主要表现为呼吸道感染症状，比如发热，咳嗽，鼻塞。有一些患者还会出现腹泻，恶心等症状。如果孩子出现反复发热，精神萎靡嗜睡或者是烦躁不安，呼吸急促甚至呼吸困难，面色苍白或者青紫，剧烈咳嗽伴随明显喘息等症状。无论有无明确的湖北接触史或者新冠肺炎患者接触史，均建议及时就医。
Q: 公共卫生间的使用问题
A: 如果我们用的是蹲便，在公共卫生间遇到的交叉感染是比较少的。重点是要在如厕前后彻底洗手并需要用流动水和肥皂或者洗手液来洗手。 如果是坐便器的话，最好是使用一次性 马桶垫或者尽量避免皮肤接触座便器。
Q: 洗手的频率有何建议？
A: 这个没有特定的要求，如果觉得手被污染，那么应该立刻去洗手。如果洗手过于频繁的话，可能会引起皮肤损伤。皮肤损伤更容易引起感染。
Q: 收快递是否有风险？
A: 收快递是没有风险。因为快递的表面是光滑的，所以病毒的存活时间是很短的。如果仍然担心，那么可以把快递盒子去除并进行洗手。
Q: 我可以随意按电梯按钮吗？
A: 建议用手中的纸巾去按电梯按钮，然后进行洗手，会更有效。
Q: 如果我在N95口罩里面加一个一次性口罩，防护更有效？
A: 我们是不建议在N95口罩里面加一次性口罩的，因为这样密合度就减弱了。也就是说，你加了口罩之后，倒不如你只带一次性口罩。
Q: 从外面回家我应该怎么做？
A: 从外面回家，我们并不需要第一时间把衣服裤子洗掉，但是我们需要第一时间把外衣，裤子，鞋子换掉。
Q: 洗手液是否可以使用普通家用的？
A: 有清洗功能的洗手液和肥皂就可以满足消毒要求

Q: What circumstance I may worry about my child is infected by COVID-19, and take child to hospital?
A: The main symptom of COVID-19 is respiratory tract infection, including high fever, cough, stuffy nose. Some of patient will have symptom as diarrhea and nausea. When children show symptom as fever frequently, hypersomnia, tachypnea, cough heavily, please go to hospital directly.
Q: How to use public toilet?
A: The possibility for cross infection is not high if we use squatting toilets. The importance is you need to wash hand through using soap before and after using the toilets. We must avoid skin contact with flush toilet if possible.
Q: How frequent could we wash hand?
A: There are no standard requirement. Please wash your hand when you feel your hand is infected by virus. If you wash your hand frequently, it may damage your skin and cause the infection.
Q: Does there any risk if I pick up the express mail?
A: There is no risk as the surface of all express mail are smooth. Virus could stay longer in this kind of surface. If you are still panic, please wash your hand after picking up the mail.
Q: Could I press the button of elevator?
A: We recommend you to press button through using the tissue and then wash your hand.
Q: Does this more effective, I wear a N95 mask with a disposable medical mask?
A: We do not recommend to two masks as it may reduce the fitness.
Q: What do I need to do after I arrive home from work?
A: You need take off your clothes, trousers and shoes immediately.
Q: Could I use common liquid soap?
A: You could use any liquid soap and soap.
