万圣节的快乐时光 Happy Halloween

万圣节前夜，也就是每年的10月31日，孩子们会穿上搞怪服，挨家挨户地收集糖果，否则就要捣蛋。万圣节在许多国家都是最受欢迎的节日之一，大多数家庭会提前采购各种糖果以及服装。另外，南瓜灯也是万圣夜最独特的装饰之一，孩子们喜欢把南瓜雕刻成各种样子。

2019年10月31日，宁波市奉化区诺德安达学校也庆祝了这一节日。很多同学和老师穿上了搞怪的服装，以此来庆祝这个特别的节日。其实，万圣节是赞美秋天的节日，我们希望所有学生可以在这个美丽的季节里健康快乐的学习和生活。

在诺德安达，学生们不仅深耕母语文化，而且通过了解和学习各个国家的文化，使自己成为一名具有全球视野且自信的沟通者。

Halloween is a traditional festival, especially on the eve of Halloween, which is on October 31st of each year. Children will put on costumes and go door to door to collect candies or trick. In many countries, Halloween is one of the most popular festivals of the year, most of the families will purchase various kinds of candies and costumes in advance. In addition, pumpkin lantern is another typical decoration in the Halloween, kids like to carve the pumpkins in to different styles.

On October 31st, 2019, Nord Anglia School Ningbo, Fenghua also celebrated this special occasion. Quite a few students and teachers wore fascinating costumes to celebrate this event. In fact, Halloween is a festival which also embraces the season of Autumn, and we hope that all of our students can live and study happily and healthily.

At NAS Ningbo, not only students are learning Chinese language and culture, but also they have opportunities to learn and understand the cultures of different countries, eventually they will become confident communicators who have high level of global mindedness.
