LAST Saturday SUIS Pudong hosted under-11 and under-15 SSSA basketball tournaments. This was a great opportunity for our players to showcase the skills and teamwork they have been developing since the beginning of the year.

周六，浦东协和承办了11岁和15岁以下级别篮球校级联赛。这是个绝佳展示我们的队员们至建队以来各项技能与团队合作能力的机会。

THE U15 tournament was held at the Sanlin Sports Complex. Even a little rain couldn’t dampen the spirits of all the players and with lots of mopping by Mr. Dan the games could finally begin. KCIS and SHSID contested the final and SHSID won out after an entertaining and competitive final. SUIS Pudong competed admirably throughout the tournament and this experience will allow them to continue their growth as a team.

15岁以下级别的锦标赛在三林体育中心举行。即使下着小雨也无法阻挡参赛者们的热情，感谢Dan老师敬业负责场地，确保比赛正常进行。KCIS和SHSID之间完成一场激烈的决赛对抗，最终是SHSID获胜夺冠。此次协和浦东锦标赛圆满结束，并让队员和教练在比赛中得到了宝贵经验并获得成长。

THE U11 competition was held at the SUIS Pudong campus. The standard was very high and it was noticeable that every team improved substantially since the first competition, held in December. SUIS Pudong, after a slow start, saved their best performance for the semi–final where they were beaten by the eventual winners SHSID, but not before putting up a brave effort right to the end.

11岁以下竞赛在浦东协和校区举行。赛事标准之高，相较于在12月举行的第一场比赛，显而易见每个队的水平都有着质的飞跃。协和浦东校队在慢热的开场之下，斗志盎然，努力坚持到底，以最佳表现守住比赛进入半决赛，只是遗憾惜败强劲的对手，而对手终将冠军奖杯收入囊中。

BOTH competitions were a great success and credit has to go to everyone who helped in organizing them. Credit must also go to all the players, coaches and parents who attended the events and hopefully our school can host more events like this in the future.

两场比赛都非常成功，联盟成员都获得了积分。这个积分来自参赛所有队员、教练和家长的努力付出，希望未来我们学校能够多多主场举办、承办这样隆重的赛事。
