开学准备（三） 通过各项检查 Successfully Passing External Inspections

一周以来，根据上海市教委和闵行开学工作指南的相关要求，闵行区教育局、闵行区人民政府教育督导室联合区卫健委、区疾控中心、区公安分局和区市场管理局、古美路街道，对我校进行了多轮检查和督导。

On the morning of April 17th, Mrs. Xu Mingyi, deputy director of Gumei community center, and her team of prevention and control office visited our campus for a thorough inspection regarding our back-to-school preparations. The focus of the inspection revolved around the overall arrangement of our school re-opening procedures as well as our reserves of epidemic prevention supplies.

After the inspection, Mrs. Xu spoke highly of the school’s efforts of preparation. She especially highlighted the canteen and food-serving arrangement of the school during such special times, and cordially invited our Principal Mr. Paul Quan to introduce our school’s approach at a meeting of the Gumei community center later。

On the afternoon of April 17th, the Gumei Road Police Station inspected the school's fire fighting work and reached the standards.

4月20日，学校提交《春季返校开学疫情防控（学校方案）》，申请批准单。

On the morning of April 21st, the school welcomed a special safety inspection team of Epidemic Prevention and Control Committee from the Minhang District Education Bureau .

The inspectors did a thorough examination of the school’s current preparations for the new semester’s re-opening. They paid special attention to areas including the canteen, the janitor’s room, and the temporary observation area.

After considerable supervision and evaluation, the school successfully passed all requirements of the safety inspection and .  And the school canteen also acquired Permission Form  for its outstanding safety and security.

On the afternoon of April 22nd , the school had the honor to receive another safety inspection team of Epidemic Prevention and Control Committee from the Minhang District Education Bureau.

The inspection team visited various areas of the school, including the janitor’s room, temporary observation area, classrooms, the canteen, and the epidemic prevention supply room, etc. They also prudently reviewed the school’s training program, safety drill, and other security measures for re-opening, and made the conclusion that all the preparations and plans were not only lucid, precise, and highly practical, but also fell in line with the government's stipulations and the school's current circumstances. Critical measures and conditions have been ensured in areas such as supply of prevention materials,  clear ledger and book-keeping, and good clarity of the safety procedures. As a result, the inspection team spoke highly of the school's preparation, and offered in person the Approval Form of "School Prevention Plan" and the approval form of "On-site Supervision".
