Developed by Nord Anglia’s central and regional education teams in association with our Education Advisory Board, it offers our teachers direct access to hundreds of face-to-face learning opportunities, online courses and educational resources, all with the aim of driving exceptional quality teaching and learning in our schools. 诺德安达大学（NAU）是我们66所学校大家庭的学习园地。老师能够直接进入诺德安达大学在线学习，获取最新的资料和研究成果，还可以加入专业的学习社区，全球9000名诺德安达的老师都会在这里分享他们的最佳教学实践。其中的中国区双语学院更是为中国双语学校的老师量身打造，通过向老师提供更多有针对性的课程资源和线上讨论语，促进双语教学创新教学方法的研习和实施。

At the centre of our programme is Nord Anglia University (NAU), the home of professional learning for our family of 66 schools. It gives our teachers direct access to online learning opportunities, the latest research and resources and professional learning communities where 9,000 Nord Anglia teachers worldwide share international best practice. Teachers in our growing family of bilingual schools also benefit from our China Bilingual Academy which extends the support available through NAU with resources, discussion and courses tailored to our innovative model and provided in both English and Chinese.

Nord Anglia’s education team work closely with each school to create an annual programme of on-campus training events tailored to the specific needs of its community, including regional events which bring together our bilingual teachers across China. Teachers also have the opportunity to participate in Nord Anglia’s highly respected in-house leadership programmes which nurture the school leaders of tomorrow.
