Eason同学刚入学的时候,很害羞,安静,遵守纪律,但是缺乏自信,课堂参与度非常低,不敢举手回答问题,与同学相处也显得安静而内向。三年级的助教老师迅速发现了Eason的问题,并与各科老师进行了沟通,分科制定了独特的学习方法,帮助他在短短的一学期里提升了自信心,可以独自站在舞台上,闪闪发光。

At the beginning of the school year, Eason was shy, quiet and disciplined, but he lacked confidence. Due to his low participation in class, he dared not raise his hand to answer questions. He was also quiet and introverted when he got along with his classmates. The assistant teacher of the G3 quickly found Eason's problems, communicated with teachers of all subjects, and developed a personalized learning method for each subject, which helped him to improve his confidence in only one semester.

在表演艺术课堂上,我们的戏剧老师从简单的单词“ Happy”“Angry”开始鼓励Eason开口讲英语,站在舞台上从一个简单的动作,甚至一个表情,例如震惊的表情,开心的状态开始展示自己。通过不断的试验和尝试应用这些新技能,他慢慢开始对自己在戏剧中交流和表演的方式变得自信。一学期下来,Eason他不仅可以更有信心的用英语表达,能分享自己的想法,更乐于站在班级前面展示自己对戏剧的创作。表演艺术的学习,不是为了让孩子成为一个出色的艺术家,而是希望他们在艺术课堂上获得的技能,能够帮助到他们学习其他科目,是他们成为自信且善于表达的人。

在数学课堂上,我们的老师鼓励Eason勇敢的回答问题,即便回答错误,也会用温暖的眼神和话语鼓励他。同时,还给他创造了很多展示自我的机会,在习题讲解课中,老师鼓励每个孩子站到讲台上,借助电子互动白板,向其他人讲解自己的答题过程和思路。通过一次又一次的锻炼,Eason现在已经能够积极的参与到课堂活动当中来,并且紧跟老师的课堂节奏,大胆的表达出自己的想法,而且动手能力和分析问题的能力也都有相应的提高。
