At the beginning of the school year, Eason was shy, quiet and disciplined, but he lacked confidence. Due to his low participation in class, he dared not raise his hand to answer questions. He was also quiet and introverted when he got along with his classmates. The assistant teacher of the G3 quickly found Eason's problems, communicated with teachers of all subjects, and developed a personalized learning method for each subject, which helped him to improve his confidence in only one semester.

In Performing Arts class, our drama teacher encouraged Eason to speak English from the simple words like "Happy" and "Angry" and show himself from a simple action or even an expression, such as a shocked expression or a Happy state. By experimenting and experimenting with these new skills, he became more and more confident in the way he communicated and acted in theater. During the semester, Eason can express himself more confidently in English, share his own ideas, and also be more willing to stand in front of the class to show his creation of drama. The purpose of learning performing arts is not to make a child an excellent artist, but to help them better learn other subjects and become confident through the skills they acquire in the art class.

In Mathematics class, our teacher encouraged Eason to answer the questions bravely. Even if he answered the questions incorrectly, the teacher would use her warm eyes and words to encourage him. She also created a lot of opportunities for students to show themselves. In the problem solving class, the teacher encouraged each child to stand on the platform and explain his thoughts on solving the questions to others with the help of an electronic interactive whiteboard. Through practice time and time again, Eason has been able to actively participate in classroom activities, keep up with the teacher's classroom rhythm, boldly express his own ideas, and his hands-on ability and ability to analyze problems have been improved accordingly.
