悦读 | 这些天，你逛书展了吗

图书馆在上海外文书店的全力支持下成功举行了了为期3天的第二学期书展。

The 2nd 2015-16 SUIS Pudong Book Fair held from May 16th to May 18th, 2016 at SUIS Pudong under the great support of the Shanghai Book Traders was proved to be a great success.

作为一所国际性的学校，为了提高学生对于阅读的兴趣，本次书展将展出并提供2427种共计9923册图书以供学生及老师进行选购。其中涵盖中英文书籍、绘本、教具以及教学周边产品。

As an international school, in order to enhance students' interest on reading, 2427 different kinds, 9923 titles were on display and sale. Which include all kinds of Chinese and English fictions, picture books, education supplements and accessories.

为期三天的书展深受学生及老师的喜爱，书展柜台前人头攒动，学生表现出了相当大的积极性。特别是对于一些新颖的立体书和Lego书出现了供不应求的情况。

The book fair is well-liked by not only the students but also the teachers and the parents. The students showed great interests, especially to those pop-up books and the Lego books. Even we prepared enough stock for students to buy, their enthusiasm still exceeded our expectation.

书展中的书籍针对不同年龄段及阅读能力的同学进行了摆放以便学生可以更方便的找到自己最适合的图书。形象逼真的立体书更是让学生直观的从书籍中汲取多样的知识。

According to various age groups and reading levels, we have different sections to help students to find the book which is best fitted. The pop-up books enable students to learn the knowledge more straight forward from the books.

即使学生们踊跃响应书展，但他们的热情依旧是理智的。午休时间，大家井然有序的在老师的指导下排队购书，表现出了高素质的协和精神。

Even there are lots of students came to the book fair at once in the corridor of the library, they still lined up one by one to purchase books, which shows the great quality of SUIS spirit.

学校也希望通过家长老师的帮助，给与我们更多建议和意见，以帮助我们改进和完善书展的举办，给学生提供更优良的阅读环境，培养阅读习惯。

We also prefer more feedbacks and suggestions from the parents and the teachers to help us improve. Hope the book fair can be more success to offer a better reading environment and help the students to cultivate a habit of reading.
