小学部丰富多彩的秋游 Primary Autumn Trips

一年级：乐高乐园

孩子们参与了很多不同的活动，包括搭建乐高龙、汽车和海洋动物等，甚至还测试了乐高汽车，让它们在陡峭的斜坡上飞驰。孩子们非常喜欢看4D乐高电影，尤其是当电影中的主人公看起来像要跳出屏幕走过来的时候，孩子们都兴奋极了。除此以外，孩子们在其他游乐设施和乐高攀爬区也玩得很开心！

二年级：巧克力工厂

孩子们到达上海“珍得巧克力工厂”，首先观看了一段约20分钟的短片，了解巧克力的制作过程。在观看的过程中，孩子们把课程中学习的内容与屏幕上的图像联系到了一起。我们看到了许多快乐的笑脸，听到了很多惊叹声。之后，我们参观了这个神奇的工厂。孩子们品尝了美味的热巧克力，看到了可可豆制作成巧克力的过程，甚至有机会制作了一个巨大的巧克力棒。除此之外，孩子们还品尝了许多不同口味的巧克力，从熟悉的牛奶巧克力，到腰果、菠萝巧克力等更特别的口味。参观结束后，孩子们带着一大盒巧克力，高兴地离开了巧克力工厂。

三年级：自然历史博物馆

我校三年级学生参观了自然历史博物馆。我们探索了博物馆的三个不同的部分。孩子们充满了好奇, 像寻宝者一样在博物馆中仔细探索、寻找答案！首先，我们在神秘的世界里探究地球历经的岁月。然后，我们沿着生命之河漫游, 看看构成世界的各种动物和骨骼。那里甚至还有一些会动的动物。之后，我们穿梭回侏罗纪时期，看到了一个移动的霸王龙。

四年级：自然历史博物馆

作为主题学习“现有的、濒危的、灭绝的”的一部分，四年级学生于上周四参观了上海科技馆。孩子探索博物馆里各式各样的展品。他们来到三楼，浏览许多精美的展览和介绍， 并参加了许多互动活动，从沿着高绳骑自行车到在游戏中挑战机器人！每个小组都参观了 “动物世界”，孩子们不仅收集了许多信息，深入了解他们在课堂上学习的动物，还看到了这些生物的全尺寸模型。他们还在imax圆顶剧院观看了电影《澳大利亚的狂野北方》。在这部影片中，孩子们了解了该地区其他本土物种中可怕的鳄鱼。

五年级：东方绿洲

五年级学生在老师的指导下迎来了第一项活动。展现在孩子们面前的是一堵网状的墙，其中有一些圆环以供穿越。同学们发现必须通过小组合作的方式才能让小组的每一个人都穿越过去。在老师的指导和大家的相互配合下，所有小组最终都完成了目标。当同学们看到第二项活动时，兴奋之情更加高涨！指导老师在一个巨大的障碍训练场地前向大家介绍了活动规则和注意事项。一系列的指导之后，孩子们开始相互帮助，相互鼓励，一起穿越这个巨大的障碍场。尽管攀爬墙壁、平衡横梁和移动的干扰物等障碍设置挡住了他们的去路，但是孩子们共同合作，一起找到了安全通过的最佳路径。我们的周围有很多美丽的景点，孩子们在中央广场的雕像群那里还汲取到了丰富的知识。

Grade 1: Legoland

The Grade 1 students did lots of different activities, including making own LEGO dragons, cars and sea animals. They even tested LEGO cars by racing them down really steep ramps. The children loved watching the 4D LEGO movie, especially when the characters looked like they were going to jump out of the screen at them. They also had lots of fun playing on the other rides and LEGO climbing areas!

Grade 2: Zotter Chocolate Factory

All the boys and girls in Grade 2 headed off to the magical world of ‘Zotter Chocolate Factory’ in Shanghai. On arrival, the children watched a short 20-minute movie showing them the process of how chocolate is made. There were many smiles to be seen and gasps to be heard in the movie theater, as the children made the connections between their previous learning in lessons with the images on the screen. From there, students went on a tour of the amazing factory. The children tasted some delicious hot chocolate, saw first hand the process a cacao bean goes on to become chocolate and even had the pleasure of making a gigantic chocolate bar. As well as this, the children had the wonderful opportunity to taste many interesting varieties of chocolate ranging from the familiar taste of milk chocolate to the more adventurous types like cashew and pineapple chocolate. All the children in Grade 2 leaving with smiles on their faces and a big box of chocolate!

G3 Trip: Natural History Museum

Our Grade 3 students explored 3 different sections of the museum. They had to be very inquisitive and look for answers around the museum like treasure hunters. First, the children looked in mysterious worlds and found out about how old the Earth is. Then they journeyed down the River of Life and looked at the various animals and skeletons which make up the world. There were even some moving animals there. After that, they travelled back in time to the Jurassic period and saw a moving tyrannosaurus rex. 

Grade 4: Shanghai Science and Technology Museum

Grade 4 visited the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum as part of the exit point to their learning topic, ‘Existing, Endangered, Extinct’. They were treated to 3 floors of wonderful exhibitions and presentations, many of which were interactive. Students had the opportunity to partake in a multitude of activities ranging from cycling along a high rope to challenging robots in games! Each group visited the ‘Animal World’ where students were able to gather more information about the animals they had been studying and to also meet life-sized versions of these creatures. We also attended a movie called ‘Australia’s Wild North’ in the impressive iMax Dome Theatre. During this presentation, students were introduced to fearsome crocodiles amongst other native species to this area.

Grade 5: Oriental Land

The students strolled through the beautiful settings to meet the instructors at their first activity. Met by a netted wall with small hoops across it, the students discovered that they must collaborate in their groups to successfully get everyone through to the other side. With communication and leadership, each group achieved their goal with all students making it to the other side. When the students set eyes on the second activity, excitement raised even more! The students stood in front of a huge obstacle course where the rules and instructions were explained. After lots of chanting, the students began working their way across the course, working in small groups to encourage everyone to make it across. Despite climbing walls, balance beams and moving distractions blocking their way, the students were able to work together to discover the best paths safely across the course. With so many sights to see, the students absorbed information from the statues surrounding the main square.
