German @ EMW 德语“云”课堂 有趣也有料

教科融合课程部的学生在6年级的时候就已经开始了德语的学习。这样做的目的是帮助他们在9年级进行IGCSE选课时打好一定的德语基础。

这段时间学生们都是通过线上平台进行学习，这对语言学习来说并不是理想的教学模式。但是，我们的德语老师——Ms. Bell和Ms. Weber仍努力将教学做到最好。她们为学生推荐好的学习网站、学习软件，还设计了各种探究任务。比起普通的语法填空练习，探究作业更具有趣味性，使学生更能浸润在语言环境中，促进他们语言的习得。

The students at EMW begin their German learning in Grade 6, which helps them get full pepared if they choose German as one of their optional subjects for IGCSE in Grade 9.

Language learning from home, with only the help of Edmodo and Zoom, is not an ideal condition. The German teachers, Ms. Bell and Ms. Weber, tried to help the students with the best of their abilities, also by suggesting further work on websites, Apps and by doing projects. Projects are always fun, and by completing them the students dive a bit more into the language than they would by just doing fill in the blanks exercises.

6年级的学生最近参与了一次绕口令的挑战！绕口令是一种有趣的发音练习。我们6年级的学生们都非常努力用正确的发音来挑战绕口令。我们为此感到非常骄傲！德语是一门不容易学习的语言。大家都来练习以下绕口令吧！

Grade 6s did a tongue twister challenge! Tongue twisters are a fun way to get their pronunciation practice in. We are very proud of our students, they really tried very hard to get those mean tongue twisters out in a correct way. German is a mean language! Just try some tongue twisters for yourself!

6年级的学生还学习了正式信件的书写。他们已经能够遵循指引和自查表格，以正确的格式用德语写一封信。

By now, Grade 6 students have covered how to write an informal letter. They did really well in learning how to write a proper letter, following certain guidelines and checklists. 

7年级的学生们最近学习了关于食物的话题。课堂上老师们和大家讨论了健康饮食和健康的生活方式。

一份探究作业被布置给了学生们。他们需要自己研发一款健康食品，或者设计一份德语广告来吸引消费者，让他们知道健康饮食是一种永恒的潮流。广告可以是海报的形式，也可以是视频。

Grade 7 studentd were talking about food in chapter three. We were touching upon healthy food and healthy routines. 

That's a favourite niche for advertisement companies to catch clients! Selling healthy food or products that promote health is something that has been trending... forever. People like to tell others what is the best for them! The task grade 7 completed was to invent their own product, or make an ad about a product they know - in German - and produce either a poster or a short video clip.
