未来的世界少不了对新科技的不断探索。来到全新的创客空间后，同学们的目光都聚焦在了这些功能各异的先进设备上。

3D打印机已被广泛运用在上海诺德安达STEAM课程中，在九月开学后，会有更多数量的3D打印提供给学生使用，他们也将有更多机会对3D打印技术进行探索与精进。

The future world can’t move forward without the constant exploration of new technologies. After arriving at the new maker space, students focused their attention on these advanced devices with different functions.

3D printers have been widely used in NACIS STEAM curriculum. In September, our students will be provided with more 3D printers, and they will have more opportunities to explore and improve 3D printing technology.

全新学习资源中心的设计借鉴了哈佛大学的阶梯墙，同学们拾级而上，愿孩子们的学业步步高升。

Our new learning resource center was designed based on learning from the staircase wall of Harvard University. Students ascend step by step and we hope they make steady progress in their learning journey.

STEAM项目的核心部分便是对计算机技能的培养。学生们将在ICT教室中使用和开发不同的程序，如scratch和python等。未来，更多的可能和机会正在等候。

A key part of our STEAM program will be developing students Computing Skills. Learning in ICT through using and developing a number of different programs such as scratch and python, students will enhance skills and have more opportunities in the future.

作为STEAM课程另一大板块，《设计与技术》旨在培养和发展实用技能。这一切将在木工教室中得以实现。NACIS的小创作家们，准备好这里大显身手了吗？

动如脱兔，静如处子。在书法教室中，让我们一同跟随中国古代文人去感受源远流长的中国古文化，静下心来感受古诗词的奥妙。可以看出，不少同学已经跃跃欲试。

Design and Technology will focus on the practical processes of building and developing artisan skills as part of the STEAM curriculum. Students will apply and develop making skills as well as being provided with the opportunity to evaluate their learning in the carpentry classroom. Are you ready to show yourself?

We hope our students are deliberate in counsel and prompt in action. In the calligraphy classroom, students will follow the ancient Chinese literati to experience the time-honored Ancient Chinese culture and the mystery of ancient poetry. We have seen that many students are eager to have a try.

新剧院一直是广大师生最为关注的焦点之一。依托茱莉亚音乐学校合作开展的诺德安达表演艺术课，同学们有充足的机会在舞台上展现自信、开放的自我。

同学们纷纷站上了舞台中央，想象自己站在聚光灯下的那一刻。

下学期，上海诺德安达的首部音乐剧《亚当斯家族》将在进行首演，无比期待属于上海诺德安达学子们的高光时刻。

The new theatre has been one of the focal points for teachers and students. Based on the collaboration with the Juilliard School, our students have enough opportunities to show themselves on stage.

Standing in the center stage, they imagined their moment in the spotlight.

Next semester, they will perform the first musical "The Adams Family" in the theatre and we are looking forward to the highlight moment for them.

看到眼前两倍大的体育场及25米专业游泳池的同学们，迫不及待的打开相机合影留念；在8米高4米宽的攀岩墙前，同学们已经摩拳擦掌，挑战自己的极限。

未来，NACIS运动员们将在这里与姐妹学校的同学们进行体育赛事的互动，愿诺德安达学子们都拥有强健的体魄。

When students saw twice the size of the phase 1 sports hall and the 25-meter swimming pool, they couldn’t wait to take a group photo; In front of the climbing wall with an 8-meter high and 4-meter wide space, they expected to challenge their limits.

In the future, our athletes will participate in the sports events with the students from our sister schools in the stadium. We hope all our students can keep physically strong.

和谐紧密的家校关系是一个成功的学习型社区的基石之一，这将为孩子们带来最好的支持。

学校家委会也于昨日进行了校园参观，了解即将投入使用的教学设施以及新校舍建设上所进行的安全措施。我们相信，相辅相成的家校配合能形成了良性循环，为孩子创造了一个良好的成长环境。相信上海诺德安达会越来越好！

A harmonious home-school relationship is one of the cornerstones of a successful learning community, which provides the best support for students.

Our PTA members also visited the new campus yesterday. They learnt about the facilities and the safety measures in the new buildings. We believe that complementary home-school cooperation can form a virtuous circle and create a good environment for our students. With the good home-school relationship, our school will become better and better!
