Opening in September 2020, the Nord Anglia Kindergarten will offer students world-class teaching and learning with a total student capacity of 300. Our kindergarten brings the bilingual world of Nord Anglia for students aged 3-6 in a bespoke learning and play based environment. With a low teacher to student ratio of 1:5, students will receive the best start on their learning journey within a culture of play and exploration. With unique learning areas and flexible classroom spaces, the learning at Nord Anglia Kindergarten Jiaxing will give children the best start to life and allow for a smooth transition to our main Primary and Secondary school.

嘉兴市诺德幼儿园支持幼儿自主学习，游戏是其基本的学习方式。通过自主、自由、自发的游戏和活动，孩子们在一个完全双语的环境中学习，帮助他们建立双语技能，为未来的世界做好准备。

Children are encouraged to learn at their own pace at Nord Anglia Kindergarten Jiaxing, where play is an important part of the pedagogy. Through play, structured and unstructured activities, children learn in a fully-bilingual environment, which will help them build dual-language skills ready for the world of tomorrow.

●Our curriculum is structured around the Chinese Kindergarten Curriculum with elements of the International Early Years blended in.

Our aim is that these units will be taught bilingually making explicit links to Chinese culture so that the child has a strong sense of identity and a growing understanding of international mindedness.

Hall and Gym, a place for children to take part in various activities and performances and ensure that they can learn sports and teamwork through physical activity classes.

Outdoor Learning Environment,Outdoor learning and play is a key element of the Nord Anglia Kindergarten Jiaxing’s programme. Our state of the art outdoor facilities will further enhance the children’s learning opportunities and ensure ambitious growth and development both academically and socially.

Library, Our library will allow young readers the chance to explore their interests through a range of both Chinese and international books in an outstanding library and research area. Children will have structured reading time and library activities in this space from ages 3 to 6.

Canteen, A healthy meal will be provided each day, plus snack time in the morning and afternoon. Part of healthy development includes a balanced meal in a comfortable surrounding, which is part of the Nord Anglia Kindergarten. Children have access to a free-flow healthy snack each morning and afternoon, which they can self-select when they are hungry. They also eat a well-balanced lunch at school, which varies each day. K1 (3 and 4 year olds) children eat lunch in their classroom, while K2 (4 and 5 year olds)  and K3 (5 and 6 year olds) children eat lunch in our school canteen.
