Ebbe Sand曾先后效力于丹麦的海松足球俱乐部、布隆德比足球俱乐部、德甲沙尔克04足球俱乐部。他曾当选1998年度丹麦足球先生 、2001年度丹麦足球先生，获得1997-98赛季丹麦足球超级联赛金靴奖 、2000-01赛季德国足球甲级联赛金靴奖 。

2006年7月23日，在盖尔森基兴球场举行的告别赛后，Ebbe Sand宣布退役。退役后他先后出任施克堡足球俱乐部的球探、助理教练，丹麦国家足球队的技术教练，以及沙尔克04足球俱乐部顾问。

Ebbe Sand, former professional football player and football coach. He is now the consultant of Schalke 04 football club. 

Ebbe used to play for Hessen football club, Brondby football club in Denmark and Schalke 04 football club in Germany. He was awarded the Player of the Year of Denmark in 1998 and 2001, and won the Golden Boot Award of the Danish Super League in 1997-98 and the Golden Boot Award of the German Football League in 2000-01. 

On July 23, 2006, after a farewell match at Gelsenkirchen stadium, Ebbe announced his retirement, after which he successively served as the scout and assistant coach of the FC Scherberg, the technical coach of the Danish national football team, and the consultant of the FC Schalke.

Ebbe Sand在很小的时候就经常踢球了。但一开始他的理想是成为一名建筑工程师，并在大学主修了这个专业，毕业后他才开始想要成为职业球员。为此他几乎每一天都在练习踢球。Ebbe认为天赋很重要，但努力更重要。因此人要不断激励自己，望向更高的目标，并且永不满足。当然环境也很关键，身处正确的环境，你的队友能够激励并帮助你达到比预期更高的目标。

关于创造性，Ebbe认为这不仅是关于梦想，更是关于如何实现梦想。梦想是一切的开始，但更重要的是勇于直面梦想路上的挑战。创造性对于足球比赛来说同样重要，因为你必须想在对手前面，甚至想在队友前面，才能配合无间。与此同时，运动也能让人更有创造性。

Ebbe曾贡献了世界杯史上替补队员的最快进球，对此他表示那确实是非常激动人心的瞬间，他终身难忘。但他整个职业生涯中进过无数个球。在本期节目中，Ebbe就分享了他的足球生涯，他在德甲、在沙尔克04踢球的压力，在众多观众面前踢球的紧张，作为教练如何指导战术，以及整个职业生涯中最为骄傲的瞬间等等。他还与大家分享了欧冠2019-20赛季他最看好的球队。

Ebbe Sand started to play football a lot when he was very young. But at first he dreamed about being a building engineer and studied it. After his graduation he started dreaming about being a professional football player. So he practiced football playing every single day in his spare time. He believes that hard working is even more important than talent. So you should always push yourself, watch new goals, and never be satisfied. It's also important to be in the right environment, because that’s how other people can help you reach higher goals that you don't even expect it yourself.

Ebbe thinks that creativity is not only about dreaming, but also about doing it. Everything starts with a dream but it's really important to go for big challenges to realize it. Creativity is important in the football matches too because you need to think ahead of the defending players, and know what your teammates is doing before he is actually doing it. Meanwhile, sports also make people more creative. 

Being the fastest substitute to score a goal in the World Cup history, Ebbe admits that it was incredible and he will never forget about that goal. But he had scored a lot of goals in his football career, so in this episode Ebbe talked about how he conquered the pressure playing in FC Schalke, in the Bundesliga, and in front of so many audience members. He also shared his experiences in managing the tactical part of a game, his proud moments throughout his career, and even predicted the winning teams of the Euro 2020.
