
众所周知疫情期间每个人都要做好自我防护,建议每个人都要减少外出活动,能够有效减少被感染的概率,这样不免有些同学在家里因为缺乏运动而导致肥胖,饮食不良,或者没有精神,抵抗力下降等问题。那么疫情期间如何做好室内运动呢,本期我们请来深圳诺德安达双语学校的体育老师-林老师,为大家讲解如何做到宅家与运动两不误,希望同学们都跟着林老师一起动起来哦。

During the epidemic outbreak, it essential that people stay at home and reduce outdoor activities to avoid being infected by the new coronavirus. However, staying at home may result in obesity, poor appetite, low spirit or reduced resistance to diseases. So how to exercise indoors? Frances Lin, a PE teacher of Nord Anglia Shenzhen, will help you keep active at home. Let’s do some sports following the video.
建议同学们每次运动20-30分钟,在运动开始之前一定要先做好热身运动避免受伤。此次视频中包含了胸部,腿部,背部,腹肌等部位的练习,是一款基础性的全身运动,完成每个部位的动作可以休息10秒钟,在全部运动做完后,同学们不要忘记了拉伸全身的肌肉,这样我们的肌肉才可以放松下来。
运动时我们的大脑会分泌多巴胺和内啡肽,可以让你摆脱不开心,每天保持阳光向上的心情,希望同学们可以每天坚持运动,我们下周会继续邀请林老师关于爆发力,反应力,协调力,平衡支撑力的联系。让我们一起加油,迎接阴霾过后的春天。

Students are recommended to exercise for 20-30 minutes at a time. Be sure to warm up before starting the exercise to avoid injury. This video includes basic exercises of whole body including the chest, legs, back, and abdominal muscles. Rest for 10 seconds between each part. When all the exercises are finished, do not forget to stretch and relax your muscles.
The dopamine and endorphin exerted during exercising can expel your unhappiness and keep you beaming all day. Students are advised to exercise every day. Next week Teacher Francis will give instructions on body balance and coordination exercises. Let's cheer up and wait for the spring after the cold days.
