为更好的落实、检验前篇 “开学准备一:校园防控全知道”中所述,学校为开学所做的各项准备工作是否切实可行,细化落实复学后各种疫情突发事件的处理,保障师生身体健康和生命安全,根据《上海市中小学和幼儿园防控新冠肺炎疫情开学指南(修订)》、《闵行区教育系统“新冠肺炎疫情防控演练流程”》及其他主管部门要求,4月19日周日上午,在中外校长带领下,由学校行政后勤部牵头,联合初、高中两部及保安、保洁、食堂等部门80余人开展了第一次复学返校防控演练。根据预案,此次演练围绕防控流程如何实践?防疫物资、设备如何使用?突发状况如何应对?是否还有哪些遗漏的地方……设置了入校、上课、食堂就餐等多个场景,并在入校和上课环节安排突发事件进行演练。
To better implement and examine if the statement in Back-To-School Preparation Ⅰ, Comprehensive Understanding of Campus Prevention is practicable, detailing and carry out the procedures of all kinds of emergencies and guarantee all faculty and students’ health and safety, the first back-to-school epidemic prevention drill is led by the two co-principals, coordinated by administration department, cooperated by Middle School Department, High School Department, Security Staff, Cleaning Staff, Canteen Staff and other logistics support teammates which is with the effort of more than 80 people and based on the polices from the government.

全力校长明确了本次演练的重点:细化落实纸面流程,确保每个教职工心中有数,细节清晰;查漏补缺,通过演练检验,完善突发事件处理机制,提高应急处理能力。
Principal Paul highlighted the key point of this drill that the paper procedures will be implemented in details and every faculty is ensured to be familiar with them, leaks should be checked out and then filled to perfect the emergency procedure systems and improve the emergency response capacity.

Enter the School
模拟返校学生的教职员工,戴好口罩,间隔一米有序排队,出示“随申码”(须绿码),经“热相式筛检仪”测温正常后入校。骑非机动车入校者, 自大门左侧消防通道的指定路线去往车棚停车。
The back-to-school students and faculty were imitated like wearing masks, queuing up and keeping the distance at one-meter intervals, showing the Green Suishen QR Code and entering the school after the temperature-taking result was normal. Non-motor vehicle riders entered through the fire-fighting access which is on the left side of the school gate and park the vehicles along the designated route.

Mock Scenario 1:A student with abnormal temperature was found

The on-duty teacher realized the situation and sent the student to the Temporary Observation Area.

驻守在留观区并装备一级防护的校医根据应急流程,对该名学生进行流行病史调、体温复测,并做好记录。班主任同时联系该学生家长根据具体调查、复检情况,启动应急预案。
School nurse who was on duty at the spot with primary barriers investigated the epidemic medical history, retook the temperature and recorded the information down according to the emergency process. At the same time the homeroom teacher contacted the parents and activated the emergency process in accordance with the result of investigation and temperature-retaking.

教室内师生佩戴口罩,停用空调,开窗保持通风。
Teachers and students wore masks, stopped using air conditioners and opened the windows to ventilate.

教室内学生座位,单人单桌,单向就坐,上课时不采用分组交流、讨论等座位形式。
The seats in classrooms are separated by the principles of single-table per person with singe direction. Seat arrangements of group communication and discussion are not adopted.


每班设置“班级测温消毒点”,配备备用防疫物资,供师生紧急情况下使用。
Every classroom has a Class Temperature-Taking and Disinfection Spot with prevention supplies for teachers and students to use in emergency circumstances.

模拟情景二:学生上课时突发呕吐症状
Mock Scenario 2: A student vomited suddenly in class
一名学生上课时突发呕吐症状,上课老师立即疏散全班学生至教学楼空旷区域,与呕吐学生保持安全距离,随后将该名呕吐的学生转移至临时留观区。
The subject teacher immediately evacuated all the other students to an airy open area after a student vomited suddenly in class, and sent the patient to the Temporary Observation Area with a wild berth.
保洁人员做好个人防护后进入该教室,开窗通风,打开呕吐物处理包,用伽马巾覆盖,对该教室及周围卫生间等区域进行专业消毒。
Cleaning staff entered into the classroom with the protective clothing on, opened the windows to ventilate, unpacked the disposable medical vomit pack, covered the vomitus with medical wipes and disinfected the classroom as well as the nearby bathrooms and public areas.


班主任负责看护被有序转移到备用教室后的其他学生,并对学生进行安抚、消除恐慌。
The homeroom teacher took charge of looking after the rest of the students, transferring them to a standby classroom and comforting them from the panic.

Mock Scenario 3: A student with abnormal temperature was found in class


一名学生上课时体感不适,上课老师用“班级测温消毒点”中的备用物资对该学生进行体温检测后发现其体温异常,立即疏散其他学生至备用教学区域,与体温异常的学生保持安全距离,随后将该名学生转移至临时留观区。
A student felt sick in class and then was taken temperature by the subject teacher with the supplies from Class Temperature-Taking and Disinfection Spot. The subject teacher immediately evacuated all the other students to a standby teaching area after the student’s body temperature was checked out abnormal, and sent the patient to the Temporary Observation Area with a wild berth.



保洁人员做好个人防护后进入该教室,开窗通风,对该教室及周围卫生间等区域进行专业消毒。
Cleaning staff entered into the classroom with the protective clothing on, opened the windows to ventilate and disinfected the classroom as well as the nearby bathrooms and public areas.

值班老师负责看护被有序转移到临时教学的其他学生,并对学生进行安抚、消除恐慌。
The on-duty teacher took charge of looking after the rest of the transferred students in the standby area and comforting them from the panic.

Lunch Time
全校师生错时错峰、分区域就餐。教职员工和高中生分别至食堂用餐,小学、初中学生在教室内用餐。
All the faculty and students are arranged to have lunch at different time to avoid the peak hour in different areas. Faculty and high school students have lunch at canteen while primary and middle school students do the same in classrooms.

餐厅门口设置体温检测区,每位进入餐厅的师生需排队检测,经热像式筛检仪检测逐一测温,完成体温午测工作后方可进入餐厅。若出现体温异常者,至“复测点”进行体温复测,体温正常者可进入食堂就餐。
A temperature detection spot is set at the gate of canteen. Every faculty and student must queue up for temperature-taking and then are allowed to enter the canteen with the normal temperature. If the temperature is shown abnormal, the person will be sent to Temperature-Retaking Spot to recheck. If the temperature returns normal then the person is allowed to enter the canteen to have lunch.

就餐前,师生应在流动水下或使用免洗手液,按照正确的洗手方法洗净双手。
All faculty and students must thoroughly wash hands with running water or hand sanitizer with correct hand-washing method before get seated.

△学生餐厅就餐模拟演练
学生餐厅入口处公示就餐座位表,据座位表所示对号入座,不得随意更换座位。特殊时期,所有套餐一人一份提前放置于餐桌,暂无需至窗口取餐及归还餐盘,避免人员聚集。
Seat charts are shown at the entrance of the gate of student canteen. Students must get seated according to the arrangement and are not allowed to change the seats without any approvals. At this special period, all the set meals are placed on the tables in advance that students don’t need to queue up for picking the sets, and leave canteen directly without returning the tableware to avoid group gathering.
师生按“就餐位”标识点位就座用餐,确保就餐人员信息可追溯。应遵循单向就座原则,避免扎堆就餐、面对面就餐,减少交谈。如需添菜,至指定窗口由餐厅工作人员添菜。
Faculty and students should sit according to the arranged marks of ‘Dining Spot’ to ensure that the personal information can be traceable. One-way dining principal should be followed which means groups or face-to-face and talking should be avoided. If additional food is needed, please walk to the designated window and get the addition distributed by canteen staff.



结束用餐后,需立即戴上口罩,遵循单向通行的原则,从指定出口离开,避免人员聚集。
Put on the masks right after finishing the meals and leave canteen from the designated exit in accordance with the one-way passing principle to avoid group gathering.

建议师生自带筷、勺。
Faculty and students are recommended to bring personal chopsticks and spoons.
区域2:教室
Area 2: Classroom
食堂工作人员将餐食、餐具送至教室外指定区域,由班主任老师安排收发餐食餐具。
The foods and tableware will be delivered to designated areas outside the classrooms by the canteen staff and then distributed and collected by homeroom teachers.

就餐前,师生应佩戴口罩,间隔一米有序排队,在流动水下或使用免洗手液,按照正确的洗手方法洗净双手。
All faculty and students must thoroughly wash hands with running water or hand sanitizer with correct hand-washing method before get seated.


教室内学生固定座位用餐,确保座位人员信息可追溯,实行班主任配餐制,并做好体温午测工作。
Students should sit according to the fixed seat charts that the personal information can be traceable. Homeroom teachers distribute the foods and tableware and then take the afternoon temperature after lunch.

结束用餐后,需立即戴上口罩,将餐具集中放置在教室外的收纳盒中。食堂工作人员应做好餐具回收工作。
Put on the masks right after finishing the meals and place the tableware in the storage box. Canteen staff will recycle the tableware.

建议师生自带筷、勺。
Faculty and students are recommended to bring personal chopsticks and spoons.

※ 防疫物资领用
Prevention Supplies Application


学校设置了专用的防疫物资存放室,防疫物资储备齐全,专人管理。各班测温消毒点所配物资使用完毕,相关责任老师可至该室领用补充物资。
A specialized prevention supply storage room is set up in campus which is full of prevention supplies and in the charged of a specialized staff. If the supplies in the Class Temperature-Taking and Disinfection Spot were run out, the relative responsible teacher can apply for the replenishment.

消毒人员做好个人防护,按《开学指南》要求,根据《消毒技术与方法》正确配置消毒液,对相关区域进行消毒并作用有效时间,同时做好通风消毒记录。
The cleaning staff who take charge of the disinfection should formulate the disinfectant at the required ratio according to the Back-To-School Guidance and Sterile Technique and Method, disinfect the relative areas for the required time duration and recorded down the ventilation.

※ 放学
After-School Dismission
实行分时间段,带班老师严控时间点,分年级错峰放学。
Subject teachers must dismiss the students strictly according to the timetable that different grades are dismissed in different timing to avoid the peak hour.

佩戴好口罩,间隔1米有效安全距离,有序离校。
Leave the school with the masks and keep the distance at one-meter intervals.

低龄段学生由班主任老师送至校外指定放学点,家长在班级指定接领区域等候,不进校。接到孩子后应立即离开,避免人员聚集。
Low-grade students should be led to designated dismiss spot by homeroom teachers outside the campus where the parents should wait for. As soon as the children are handed over, both of them need to leave to avoid the group gathering.

在整个演练中,所有的教职员工严肃认真,不断的从教师和学生的角度提出问题,不仅熟知了返校防控流程,且在实际演练过程中完善了疫情防控应急处置细节,每个人都做到了心中有数。此次演练,进一步提高了学校疫情防范处置能力和应急处理能力,为学生返校后的疫情防控和教育教学工作的有序开张提供了坚实保障,为师生返校做好了充分准备。
During the whole drill, all the faculty treated it with serious attitude and raised all kinds of questions from the perspective of teachers and students which not only got familiar with the procedures but also perfect the details. The school processing capacity of emergency and prevention were further improved via this drill and offered the students solid safety guarantee to have a smooth start of prevention control as well as educational and teaching work.
