我们非常高兴地与大家分享宁波市奉化区诺德安达学校教师招聘和学校领导层的最新情况。

首先我们非常高兴地宣布，学校任命Kevin Hall为宁波学校的新任教育学监。新学监将于2018年3月6日上任，并将很快领导大家做好2018年9月开校的筹备工作。在来中国履职之前，Kevin曾担任泰国曼谷NIST小学校长，他有二十多年的教育经验，是一位充满活力的变革型领导者，他热衷于帮助孩子成为充满爱心和富有同理心的全球公民，并致力于为所有教职员工营造一个优质的教学环境。

目前，Kevin已为学校招募了一批非常优秀的领导和教师团队。我们坚信这只优秀的队伍，将合力为宁波乃至浙江省建立一所高品质的学校：

• 郑皓亮，将担任学校中学部校长，计划于2018年9月正式入职。郑校长本科毕业于上海复旦大学，并取得华东师范大学教育学硕士学位，拥有超过十五年的教学和领导经验，目前任职于上海市延安中学，担任国际交流中心副主任和年级组长。

• Fiona Smith，将担任学校寄宿部主管。Fiona拥有超过十五年的寄宿管理经验，在儿童保护和安全方面拥有丰富的经验 ，目前任职于上海耀华国际学校。

• Dan Anders Lycke Hogfelt将担任小学老师，他在亚洲拥有超过七年的教学经验。

• Alan Foster，将担任舞蹈主教老师，他于2011年加入诺德安达教育集团 。

• 周源，将担任英语教师，已于2018年3月1日正式入职，周源毕业于香港大学，获教育学硕士学位。

• 叶潆璐，将担任数学和科学教师。将于2018年5月1日正式入职，叶潆璐毕业于英国帝国理工学院，获科学硕士学位。

周源和叶潆璐入职之后，将在上海闵行区诺德安达双语学校接受专业的教师培训，并计划于2018年9月正式回归宁波学校。下一步，我们将在学校官网上更新学校管理层和教职员工的信息，并将定期更新学校相关新闻。

We are writing to inform you about some exciting updates to the teacher recruitment and leadership of Nord Anglia Chinese International School, Ningbo (NACIS, Ningbo). 

We are pleased to announce we have newly appointed Kevin Hall as the school’s new Associate Principal. Kevin will join the school on 6 March 2018 to lead its development in preparation for opening in September 2018. Prior to an interim role with Nord Anglia’s team here in China as the Head of Education, Kevin previously served as Head of Elementary at NIST Elementary School in Bangkok, Thailand. Kevin has more than twenty years’ experience in education and is a transformational leader who is passionate about preparing children to be caring and compassionate global citizens, and is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for all teachers. Please join me in congratulating Kevin and wishing him all the best in his new role!

Next, we are thrilled to announce that Kevin is bringing with him to NACIS, Ningbo, a close-knit team whom he has personally recruited, including world-class leaders, teachers and support staff. We’re confident this team will positively impact the school overall in terms of our educational offer.

• Hao Liang Zheng will be joining us from September 2018 as Head of Middle School. Zheng graduated from Fu Dan University and holds a Master’s Degree in Education from East China Normal University. With more than 15 years teaching and leadership experience, he joins us from Yan An Middle School, Shanghai, where he currently holds the role of Vice Director of International Exchange Division and is a Key Stage leader.

• Fiona Smith will be joining us as Head of Boarding. Fiona is already based in China and will be joining us from Yew Wah International Education School, Shanghai. Fiona brings over 15 years’ experience in working with students in a residential capacity and is experienced in child protection and safeguarding.

• Dan Anders Lycke Hogfelt will be joining us as a Primary teacher with more than seven years’ teaching experience in Asia.

• Alan Foster, who has been with Nord Anglia Education since 2011, will be joining the team as our principal Dance teacher.

• Nody Zhou, who graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Master of Education, will be joining us from March 1, 2018 and will be taking on the role of English teacher.

• Ying Lu Ye, who graduated from Imperial College London with a Master of Science, will be starting with us from May 1, 2018 as our Maths and Science teacher.

Both Nody and Ying Lu will be based at our NACIS, Shanghai school through our teacher training programme until moving to Ningbo in September 2018. Further details about our leadership, teacher and support staff can be found on our website and we look forward to updating you at regular intervals.
