语文最终培养的是能说会写的人才，那么口头表达能力和写作能力，就是语文老师教学当中的重中之重。 自古以来，口头表达的力量，就不可小觑。

为了让同学们能侃侃而谈，语文课前常规进行课前三分钟演说。内容形式不拘一格，可以编纂故事，也可以戏说历史；也可以是新闻，评论；说话的内容也丰富多彩，宏观包括世界危机、金融风波；微观包括校园写真、假期见闻，乃至家庭趣事、风俗人情，天南海北，三教九流，只要三观正确均可畅所欲言。孩子们由开始的胆怯纠结，到之后的坦荡落拓，从容大方。既锻炼了学生的胆量，提高了口语能力，又丰富了知识，活跃了思维，收效甚妙。

当会说成为了习惯和能力，那么会写就是接下来教学中不可或缺的一部分。一般来说，就算是一个精通一门语言的人，距离写的好，还需要很多的语言沉淀和信息的搜集。为了培养学生的写作能力，我们的语文老师，想尽一切办法，极其小心地保护学生感知当下的敏感的同时，去激发学生感受生活的能力，从而让学生把心中所想，眼睛所及落于纸面。让诗意的心弦悠扬的弹奏起来。

In order to cultivate students' writing ability, our Chinese teachers try their best to protect students' sensibility and stimulate their ability to feel life at the same time, so as to let students put their thoughts and eyes on the paper. 语言和思维是密不可分的，思维的结果要借助语言表达。我们在学习英语的时候，总会提到一句，那就是要用英语的思维思考才能更好的运用这个语言。学生理解和运用语言的水平，跟他的思维能力有着十分密切的联系。因此，语文教学的过程，经常带领学生从多层次思维维度分析文章，这既是一个发展学生语言的过程，也是一个发展学生思维的过程。
