拒绝千篇一律，我们究竟如何解读个性化教育？How Do We Interpret Personalized Education?

我们正站在技术飞速发展的十字路口。

很多年后我们回头看，都会看到一个时代转折的关键点。就像我们看到了中世纪走向工业革命，看到了标准化为人类发展带来的变化。

而量的变化也逐渐带来了质的变化。如今，随着技术的不断发展，我们的社会愈加需要有创造力、个性化的人才。

简单来说，两百年前，我们要生产“一样的东西”；而今，我们更需要生产“不一样的东西”。

教育，同样如此。

We are at the crossroads of rapid technological development.

Many years later, we will look back and see a pivotal moment in the turn of the era. Just like the industrial revolution in the middle ages, we saw the changes of human development brought about by the standardization.

And the change of quantity gradually brings about the change of quality. Today, with the continuous development of technology, our society needs more and more creative and personalized talents. In short, we produced the same thing two hundred years ago, while we need to produce "something different" today.

It is also the case with education.

回到教育的根本，孔老先生的“因材施教”就体现了个性化教育的核心理念。

个性化教育的初衷是认可并尊重每一个学生，都是不一样的个体，他们的身上都有自己的闪光点。那么作为教师，我们需要一双发现“美”的眼睛。在对每个孩子全面了解的基础上，来为他们制定个性化、高质量的学习方法，助力不同的自我发展。

Back to the foundation of education, “teaching according to aptitude" from Confucius shows the core idea of personalized education.

Every student is a different individual, and they have their own shining points. Therefore, as teachers, we need an eye for beauty. Based on the comprehensive understanding of each student, our teachers develop personalized, high-quality learning methods for them to help self-development.

除了标准化成绩，我们看到越来越多的优秀海内外大学对学生个性展示给予了更多的关注与期待。

真我的展示和对于自我的清醒认知及不断挑战，能让孩子在每年那么多的申请之中脱颖而出。但是升学绝不是我们的终点，我们想通过对每个孩子最本真的激发，去唤醒他们内心最本真的自我，激励他们认识自己，并主动寻找更好的自己，这才是教育的意义所在。

In addition to standardized scores, we are seeing that more and more overseas universities pay attention to students' personality display.

Showing the true self can make students stand out from the crowd of applicants each year. However, entering a higher school is by no means the end of our journey. We want to awaken the true self of each student, inspire them to know themselves and seek for better themselves.

而如何真正地展开个性化教育，其实就是为孩子提供展现真我的机会。

在NACIS小班化的课堂中，我们的老师会根据每一个学生不同的学习情况来制定专属的学习计划；在项目式学习中，我们的学生可以通过不同的方式去自由展示自己的学习成果；在户外考察中，我们的学生有机会能走出课堂，用自己的双眼去观察外面的世界，用最真实的情境唤醒孩子的社会责任感。

在硬件设施上，我们也希望通过设计更加个性化的教学设施，助力更有针对性的教学活动。

How to develop personalized education? In fact, it is to provide students with opportunities to show their true selves.

In the small-sized class, our teachers make personalized learning plans according to the learning condition of each student; In the project-based learning, our students can freely demonstrate their learning results in different ways; In the field trip, our students have the opportunity to go out of the classroom, observe the outside world with their own eyes, and awaken the sense of social responsibility with the most real situation. Even in hardware facilities, we use personalized teaching facilities to facilitate the targeted teaching activities.

我们鼓励孩子们在不同的机会中去充分地尝试，去探索，甚至去试错。因为在这过程中他们可以更加了解自己、通过反思找到提升的方向，这是令他们受益终生的。
