不一样的美食之旅 | ZOTTER Chocolate Factory

学生走进巧克力工厂后，先观看了一个和巧克力有关的电影。电影详细介绍了巧克力的生产过程和原料的选取。从影片中了解到，他们已经开发出了400多种不同口味品种的巧克力。影片还介绍了巧克力工厂为工作人员提供了良好的薪资和工作条件。

Initially the group were shown a video detailing the entire chocolate production process including how the flavors and ingredients were mixed to create over 400 varieties of chocolate. We also learned about the ‘fair trade’ aspect of the chocolate production which ensures a reasonable wage and good working conditions for all employees. 

看完电影以后，巧克力的品鉴之旅就开始了。学生们品尝了各种各样有异国风情的巧克力，了解了巧克力在制作过程的不同形态和口味。然后学生还自己动手制作了巧克力，可以带回去和亲友共同分享。

Then the ‘tasting tour’ began with a series of sampling spoons containing many types of exotic chocolate. Students then designed their own bar of chocolate which they took home at the end of the visit. 

最后，大家在珍德巧克力工厂的商店购买了一些巧克力纪念品。学生们通过本次参观近距离了解了巧克力的制作原料和工艺，在巧克力的世界中度过了愉快的一天。

The group completed the Zotter Chocolate Factory tour with a visit to the souvenir and chocolate samples shop. The factory outing was a truly amazing excursion with friendly and informative staff. We all had a wonderful time.
