协力同心和衷共济 多措并举防控疫情

Based on the latest SEC Notice, our school is currently closed. After the novel coronavirus outbreak, our school’s emergency response team established an epidemic control and prevention team immediately to coordinate with all departments in making emergency control and prevention protocols, clarifying the missions and actively implementing all instructions.

During the epidemic, SUIS-Gubei is taking comprehensive preventive measures to protect the health of our community.

The health monitoring information of students, staff and employees of our service suppliers is being daily updated and reported. Meanwhile, we have bolstered the already-frequent disinfection procedures on campus with all facilities, public spaces, learning equipment deeply and thoroughly disinfected and anti bacterial hand gel provided in a wider area. We have also been diligently performing precautionary temperature tests on staff, and all visitors upon entry to campus in response to the outbreak of the virus.All suppliers have been required to upgrade their epidemic response level to get well prepared for the returning of the school from the holidays.

当前，根据市教委的通告，我校正处于关闭期。疫情发生后，我校利用已有的应急安全小组迅速成立疫情防控小组，协同各部门制定应急防控方案、明确任务并积极贯彻落实。

疫情期间，除了每日的学生、教职员工、外包供应商的人员健康申报与信息更新之外，我校清洁部员工对学校进行了全面消毒，并加强了校园公共区域、教室和教具的清洁力度。校园内各处均摆放抗菌免洗洗手液或洗手液；保安人员严守校门，限制访客，所有出入员工需出示证件、测量体温并佩戴口罩。餐饮与校车供应商根据防控预案积极开展各项防控措施，时刻做好开学前的准备工作。

与此同时，我们希望各位家长在防控疫情的严峻形势下，把学生们的身心健康放在第一位。除了及时响应我校行政人员有关信息收集和跟踪排查的要求以外，能配合学校的步骤，合理安排学生的学习生活与体能锻炼。

在此非常时期，让我们家校协力同心、共克时艰。期待与各位同学们于春暖花开之时再次相聚！
