首都市民时刻关注着新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情。为了您和公众健康，北京疾控向您温馨提示：

一、如果您是由各地来（返）京包括经鄂抵京的朋友，请您及时联系所在街道（乡镇）社区（村委会）、单位或入住的酒店等，并主动登记您的联系方式。

二、请您每日观察自己及家人的健康状况，一般需要观察2周，如有发热、干咳等症状，请及时联系医疗机构发热门诊就医，并主动告知医生旅行史，及周围人员中是否有类似病例，听从医务人员指引，并配合医务人员进行流行病学调查，提供详尽信息。前往医院避免乘坐公共交通工具。

三、请尽量避免参加聚会和集体活动。

四、如必需参加外出活动，建议戴口罩。

五、注意环境和个人卫生，保持住所的通风良好，勤洗手，不随地吐痰。打喷嚏或咳嗽时用纸巾或袖肘遮住口、鼻。

Dear Friends,

People in Beijing are paying close attention to Pneumonia caused by the coronavirus. For the sake of your and public health, Beijing CDC provides kind reminders as below:

1. if you come or return to Beijing from other places including transiting from Hubei, please contact residential (township) community (village committee), your company or hotel you live in and proactively register with your contact details.

   
   

2. Please conduct self-observation for you and your family health for 2 weeks generally. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, etc. please contact fever outpatient media institutions for treatment. Please provide information to doctor about your travel history and if there are similar cases around you. Please follow the instructions given by medical staff and work with them to have epidemiological investigation with full details. Please avoid taking public transportation to hospitals.

   
   

3. Please try to avoid attending gatherings and group activities.

   
   

4. Please wear a mask if you have to go out.

   
   

5. Please pay attention to environment and personal hygiene. Keep your residence well ventilated, wash hand frequently and do now spit. Please cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or flexed elbow when sneezing or coughing.
